Description: These troops are trained by the finest, they only desire victory for their empire. they use various methods to infiltrate their targets and ensure their victory

Combat Function: They usually attempt to flank around enemies and strike from their blind spots, but they can be used in front-line combat (but it's not recommended)
Strengths:
+Best of the Best- these soldiers are some of the finest The EOTL has produced and trained by the finest, They aren't going down easy
+Loyality to a fault- These soldiers will always be loyal to the EOTL, good luck trying to convert them to your side
+No surrender, no retreat- these soldiers were bred to fight, and they will die fighting
+Jack of all trades- They can use a multitude of weapons and fulfill a multitude of infantry roles
Weaknesses:
-No vehicular skills: Aside from the vehicle mentioned, they're not great at operating much else
-No technical skills: not much in the way of techs, might wanna get someone else on it
-Combat lust: some of these troops can enter a sort of combat trance, making it hard for them to stop fighting
-Time-consuming- it can be rather hard to retrain these units.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
The ionic platoon was formed a bit before the death of the emperor. after finding various old Republic clones locked away in various vaults and cytogenetic chambers, they decided to form their very own black ops unit using these old clones as trainers, with the head trainer being
CT-9219 "Hawk"
, an old clone commando who was to be used as a super soldier program. These trainers ensured that these handpicked clones were the best of the best and made sure they were ready for the empire's more ... unsavory missions. they training was harsh and long, but what emerged were some of the finest troops the EOTL could produce. Their first major assignments were The Cleansing of Corbos, Aftermath of Lothal and Mon Cala, and the Invasion of Garn and Maldra IV
