Iridonia

Vitani, like other Jedi, had been sent to Iridonia to help the Zabraks and attempt to maintain peace on the planet that had already plunged into battle, though she was only in training still and had much to learn, which was one of the reasons she had begged to come along.

The Padawan wandered from her master and was far too ready to fight for someone of her capabilities. It may just have been her headstrong personality, but she felt invincible, a common flaw in Jedi. Her naiveness and mischievousness often would cause problems, but she felt no weaker. Alone, she made her way to the Canyon, other Jedi were sure to follow suit.

She was rather well protected for a Jedi Padawan, having the ability to shape shift was something that couldn't be taught and she was grateful for her abilities. To some, it might be obvious that she wasn't human, mainly her unnatural eye colour gave it away, but to others, it was hard to distinguish a human from a clawdite disguised as a human.

Sat in his camp, Jardo stared around. He'd been meditating only moments before, attempting to call upon the force, prove he had an ability to use it, use it other than just in his training. Yet, he'd felt something. Something new to him. Imagine your twim finding you, and that's what he felt. Another force user was in the area.

Jardo sighed, looking around. He waited for the force user to find him. Attacking it head on would be a mistake. Jardo knew that much.

Vitani could sense another force user and would use her abilities to seek them out. She wouldn't yet resort to a lightsaber, not knowing who the other force sensitive was yet. The Padawan kept her hand on the hilt of the saber at her waist as she manoeuvred herself around a corner, finding a camp of some sort. She couldn't sense any threats, but that could've just been her untrained skills.

She could sense the other force sensitive was close by and she realised it probably wasn't an ally.

It was close. The force user was too close. Jardo stood up, ordering his men back into their tents. His hand then jumped down to his belt, slowly removing his blaster pistol. Jardo then took his time, walking towards the force user. He pointed the gun around a small corner, following it around.

They were face to face, and he had a gun to her head.

Vitani gasped once she had come face to face with a gun and presumably the force user she had sought out. She drew her lightsaber quick enough for her not to have thought about it and held it across herself, prepared to defend herself against any possible attacks, though not making the first move.

The Padawan didn't back down and stood with her eyes fixed on [member="Jardo Snow"], she would remain calm.

"Who are you?" she demanded.

((OOC question, what do you think about the new pic? [member="Vitani Amani"]))

Jardo chuckled lightly, letting the gun fall from his hand. He almost expected a fight, yet if it came to that, Jardo knew he wanted to keep the girl alive. Back when he was on Byss, he almost sensed the force power coming out of Jarath, and he could feel the same coming from the girl. She was strong with the force, even a non force user could tell that.

Jardo stepped back lightly. It didn't take a genius to figure out the girl was a Jedi. Shaking off his cloak he detached the lightsaber from his belt, igniting it and holding it in a very weak stance. He wondered if it was clear he'd never used one of these before.

He had heard of an old form called Djem So, and he knew the basic stance, so instead of his weak stance, he thought of Djem So, swapping across to that stance. He knew Djem So was made for lightsaber to lightsaber combat, and he spent a moment, trying to remember the basics of it.

The only light was coming from the sabers. Jardo's blue blade, illuminating his mask as he sort of circled around the girl, waiting for her to attack first.

Vitani watched, her eyes trained on the man as he reached for his lightsaber. Lucky for him, she had neglected lightsaber practice for many years and was far less advanced than other Padawans. She was never very good at planning or tactics and often just plunged into battle without thought, which she knew she shouldn't do but did nonetheless.

The Padawan mimicked his stance to match her combat with his and launched an attack without any thought. She slashed the lightsaber downwards towards the hilt of the opponent's lightsaber, her first aim would always be to disarm rather than harm.

((Ooc: I like it, mysterious. [member="Jardo Snow"]))

Jardo's eyes followed the Jedi's hand as she attacked, and in turn he channeled his weight onto his left leg, using it to tilt slightly, so that he had a better ability to move his lightsaber to block the attack. He instantly reacted, using his strength to push the Jedi back, stumbling.

Jardo knew that she wasn't done however, but he wanted to be the first to attack this time round. He channeled his force powers into a weak force jump, using it to flip over the Jedi, landing behind her. Of course, she was going to be quicker with the defense, but Jardo brought his lightsaber spinning towards the side of her anyway.

Jardo's eyes watched the fight, but his hands were working on their own. It was almost like he had no control over what he was doing, he was just going with the flow of the fight. This was something new to him and he seemed to be doing well so far, thus he had no intention of changing his tactics.

Vitani quickly regained her balance as she was pushed back and quickly turned around once he had flipped over her in order to stay in focus and not let anything get the better of her. She kept her eyes on the blade and brought her own blade to her side to meet the opponent's in defence.

The Padawan didn't think about what she was doing, it was the training, what little training she had, and the instincts combined that provided her with the ability to defend herself. But attacking needed to be planned, something she would have to learn the hard way.

Vitani sent her blade down again in the same attack as before, she was persistent enough not to want to hurt him. Perhaps it was just the Jedi in her.

One could say he wasn't ready, one could say he was just being stupid, all Jardo knew is that he wouldn't have enough time to block this attack this time round, so instead he threw his lightsaber up into the air, quickly pulling his arm out of the path of the lightsaber. Quickly looking up he caught his weapon, bringing it down in a two handed Arch from a vertical stand to a right angle, in an attempt to knock the Jedi off balance.

He had said before he didn't want to kill her, that killing her was out of the question, yet that didn't seem like it'd be possible much more.... unless.... no, he shook the thoughts out of his head. She'd never do it, it'd be easier to just kill her. Jardo stepped back, letting all his weight rest on his back leg as the blade came down.

Vitani watched, taken back for a moment by the skill it would've taken to pull that off. It was apparent how under trained she was. She met the opposing blade with her own, struggling to keep her balance. This was the first time she had fought a Sith, and the way this fight was going, it would be her last. She watched carefully, analysing his movements and trying to predict the next ones, though none of that would matter as an offensive attack knocked the blade from her hand, subsequently rendering the weapon useless as a part of it became detached from the rest.

Jardo watched the lightsaber fly from the Jedi's hand, instantly placing his own blade to her throat. One small flick and she'd be decapitated, one small thrust and she'd be dead. Under his mask, he looked around, trying to find where the Jedi's blade had gone. He was still sort of in shock at what he just did to be honest.

He slowly deactivated his own weapon, walking over and taking the Jedi's lightsaber. Clipping it to his belt, he turned to eye the female, who didn't seem to have really moved during the time it took him to walk like a meter. He chuckled, strolling, arms crossed behind his back.

"You know I could of killed you. You know it, I know it. Yet, I didn't. So in reality that means you owe me something. The Jedi have been mindwashing you, thus, you will join me, you will serve under the One Sith where we shall use your powers right"

Jardo then unclipped what was left of the jedi's blade from his belt, holding it out to her.

"Or you will die."

He finished off with two basic words, two basic human words "Your Choice"

[member="Vitani Amani"]

Vitani lifted her head to move her face away from the blade, though it emitted no heat. She watched, aware that Sith could have no mercy for Jedi, but the same thing couldn't be said for Jedi. She didn't move as the man deactivated his weapon, knowing fully well that one wrong move could just as easily end her.

"I don't owe you anything, my life belongs to the Jedi." she said calmly, neither denying or accepting to join him. She stepped away from the blade, hesitating, unsure of what to do or think.

[member="Jardo Snow"]

Jardo raised his lightsaber, activating it as he did. He hoped that this would tempt her into joining him, otherwise he would kill her, and he'd actually have no remorse. She hunted him out first. He sighed, nodding.

"Then, you must die"

He heard the remorse in his own voice. He didn't want to do it, he just hoped she was smart enough to desert the Jedi, otherwise she'd be dead.

[member="Vitani Amani"]

Vitani looked back at him, fear in her eyes. It was a big choice to be faced with, but the answer seemed obvious, or at least appealed the most compared to death.

"Wait." she said, hoping he wouldn't kill her where she stood. "I'll join you." she said, knowing it was the only choice.

[member="Jardo Snow"]

Jardo chuckled. If he had of known it'd of been that easy, he'd of tried it sooner. The "Jedi" was alright, she'd be able to teach Jardo a thing or two anyway. Jardo stopped for a few moments, deactivating his lightsaber as he thought. Who was technically the master here? He smirked, motioning Vitani to follow him back to "The Rogue Skipper". Might as well kit the girl out before they went charging into battle.

He hoped she followed him. He didn't have the energy to go on a wild goose chase after a rogue Jedi, the effort that'd take. He groaned, getting ready for battle.

If you'd follow me, we'll head to the One Sith Dominon of Iridona thread, which i'll link you to in PM
[member="Vitani Amani"] , otherwise I think we are done

Vitani felt compelled to follow him, despite the alarm in her mind. She was afraid and it would no doubt lead to anger which would tug her path to the dark side, something she didn't want but couldn't help. The girl followed, saying nothing and making no attempt to escape or attack. She was pretending, going along with what he said so that he didn't become suspicious.
