Public Is Hapes pronounced like 'drapes' or 'herpes'?

I kid I kid. I'm happy to see a new Hapan Consortium kick off - give them a look.

Chaos needs more identity-based and species-based interstellar governments whenever there's a PC critical mass to sustain them, and Hapes is one of the few plausible candidates. SW has plenty (Mon Cal space, Wookiee space, Dornean space, Bothan space, etc.) - which is something that also appeals to me about Star Trek, frankly. Lot of potential traction here. All that to say, yay Hapes.
