I am curious about finally making a good Hakora, how he should have been. This makes me wonder how much of a mirror image I can go. Thus what is the mirror human version that mirrors Echani if there is one?

Echani are neither good or evil... If you want something which is their opposite maybe a pacifist species.

Hmmm that is interesting. Maybe instead of a hero who went evil, an Echani who served the Emperior and did many evils so he went pacifist, but the Jedi who come convince him how to fight without killing.

If your looking for mirror, I would say Mandalorian. Echani are all cqc, Mandalorians are the opposite.

The Echani have two races. The regular Echani and the Thyrsians, who were basically black Echani and worshipped the sun rather than the moon. So if you're looking for a variant, that's probably the one.
Unless by mirror you mean the literary foil aka opposite, which would be a pacifistic human species. A ten second cursory google search for humanoid pacifists in star wars yields:

Well I was offering the idea so as to keep it a more logical mirror. I mean, do you look in a fun house mirror and see a black guy when your white as hell? That's why, though I think it would be cool for my character to be a different species in the mirrorverse, I am keeping it basically the same.
Unless of course you say your character had his bodies swapped using the Darkside.

Most species don't have "mirrors," with the possible exception of Wookiees and Trandoshans. Species evolve independently from each other, often on entirely different planets or in entirely different quadrants of the galaxy.
But considering how Echani are basically just albino humans anyway, chances are you could go for any near-human species and it'd be functionally identical to Echani.
