Is This Going To Be A Problem? (Allyson Locke)

One could only disengage so quickly from a hamburger assembly line on the day of the grand opening. Then again, Alec technically owned the joint, she'd served up innumerable meals in person, and so far as today went, she'd done her time. And this one brunette had stuck around, bantered the feth out of her, and sauntered into Alec's new office.

Some things, you just couldn't delegate.

But although Alec lacked the ability to shake her lopsided grin, something held her back at the door. Could it be the fact that [member="Allyson Locke"] had served as her grandfather's chief engineer and first mate? Or was it something else? Was Alec picking up some hint of well-buried reticence?

"Oh well. Whatever."

She opened the door, slipped in, and closed it behind herself.

"You've got something on your face."

There seemed to be a flaw in Allyson’s plan. She hadn’t assumed Alec to even bother with her after she had left the counter, but the woman had made her way to the office where she would find Allyson elbow deep into the computer’s tower. Looking over her shoulder, she grinned and slowly extracted herself from the computer closing it up. Still sitting in the seat she folded her hands into her lap and raised an eyebrow.

“Oh I do? Here I thought I had gotten it already.” Allyson made no attempt to wipe it off her face, but she shrugged and looked towards Alec the woman who in all actuality was her boss. She thought of what Ember would probably say about this, probably wouldn’t like it to much not to mention the fact that they were in so many ways technically related. Still, the game was fun especially when Alec played along.

“Its your fault really, putting so much on my burger. Can you tell me where it is?” [member="Alec Rekali"]

Needless to say, Alec's expectations had trended in a direction that did not include unauthorized tinkering -- well, not with the computer, anyway. A more humorless part-Vahla Mando (and there were several) might have flipped out a pivot blade and barked an inquest. Mentally, Alec shrugged. If Allyson wanted to dig into the secret inner workings of MandoBurger, she was welcome to whatever she found.

But then again...

Alec came around the desk and sat on it, elbows on knees, looking down at the girl in the chair.

"Well, let's see, Locke. There's the bit here-"

Her pivot blade slipped out of her sleeve, past her palm: a long thin duraplast wristblade, strong enough to stop a lightsabre. Between one heartbeat and the next, it went from full concealment to resting, point-first, against a tiny smear of hot sauce under the corner of Allyson's mouth. That was the intention, anyway.

Allyson didn’t move, she watched as Alec took her seat on the computer desk then proceeded to to extend the hidden blade. There was no flinching and she didn’t blink - she knew Alec wasn’t going to cut her and if she did, there was possibly a good reason. The point of the blade rested against the corner of her lip, it didn’t move and it didn’t press into her. In an odd sense, this only increased the tension she felt between them.

You’re so kind,” As she spoke she smirked and the tip of her tongue poked through her lips and caught the remaining sauce at the corner of her lip. “Was hoping you’d get it for me, since it is your fault.” She thought about licking the blade but to be fair she liked her tongue as one unit...she was never fond of the reptile look, but Alec didn’t know she didn’t lick it...or did she. Either way, she never broke her eye contact with the woman in front of her.

“So a successful first day? Grandpa should be happy, yes?” Lips once again formed a grin as she knew Ember was a large and rather important reason why Alec and Allyson had only flirted with the idea of sealing the deal - would it be weird? Possibly, but Allyson was family by association and Ember taking her under his wing for the most part. Still, beyond Ember there was Kaili and the girl weighed on her mind as she played with Alec.

Though, she really did enjoy this game. [member="Alec Rekali"]

If you didn't press hard and if you turned a blade sideways, you could skate the tip down skin without leaving a mark. The wristblade drifted down Allyson's jaw, throat, collarbone. Alec held the younger woman's gaze, barely blinking.

"I'm fairly sure Grandpa's the last thing I want to be thinking about right now, Locke."

The tip met the neckline of Allyson's dress and twisted, bringing the edge to bear. Fibers parted, just a touch, as the blade rested against Allyson's solar plexus. One shove and it'd go through her heart. Not that Alec was into power in that kind of way, but some people got off on a little bit of...what? Edge, threat, dominance, if only in play.

"But yeah, I'd call this a successful day," she said evenly, a calm smile playing around the corner of her lips. "All things considered."

Still, Allyson didn’t move as the blade moved down her jawline, to her throat, gliding down to her collarbone and beyond. She was sure Alec wouldn’t stab her, Ember liked her well enough so there was no reason besides the fact that Allyson stood at the counter teasing the woman. The silence that laid over the thick tension was interrupted by the soft sound of fibers being cut apart, thankfully Alec decided to not fully cut the dress strap or Allyson was SOL on trying to get out of this office without the world seeing what she kept under the fabric.

“Aww but gramps is such a nice fella.” Of course, who would want to think about their wrinkly grandpa when they had an attractive girl such as Allyson in front of them - teasing and pressing every button she could. Grandpa, was going to be on the back burner for the time being. Allyson chuckled softly as she tilted her head and nodded. “You think its chaos out there yet? No burgers being made? No food going out? Just customers aimlessly wandering?”

She did it again, slowly, the corner of her lip sucked in and she bit down on it slightly. “What are you going to do with that pivot blade, Ms Rekali?” [member="Alec Rekali"]

"No chaos. I've got a firm hand when necessary. Out there, half a dozen Mandalorian supercommandos are offering service. Not as well as me, though." Alec's eyes lingered on the bitten lip. With a flick of the wrist, the pivot blade pivoted, spinning. The edge whispered along the corner of Allyson's earlobe, and froze just shy of her neck. The curve of the tip rested against the butterfly-quick pulse of Allyson's carotid.

"As for what I'm going to do with it, that would definitely be telling."

Sitting on the desk gave her a height advantage she didn't otherwise possess; Allyson was a few inches taller, and Alec was lighter by a bit. So when Alec slipped off the edge of the desk and onto the mechanic's thighs, that put their eyes more or less level with each other. The pivot blade, turned sideways, drew a line down Allyson's back alongside the spine.

"You should probably know that I don't tell."

That blade made its way along Allyson’s skin, there was a sense of trust from the Corellian to the Mandalorian. Allyson knew if Alec had any intention of killing her she would have done so already. Also there was her grandfather who in so many ways was Allyson’s guardian or something along those lines. Arms draped loosely around the dangerous Mandalorian as she eased herself onto Allyson’s lap. She fought the urge to smirk, but there was a faint pull at the corner of her lips.

This was their game, their tension, it was quite twisted, but completely entertaining.

“I should have known. You are full of surprises [member="Alec Rekali"]” Still feeling the blade against her back as it moved downward, Allyson slightly arched her back and leaned forward till their noses almost touched at this equal height. The bottom of Allyson’s lip pouted slightly as she whispered, “But you can tell me your secrets, buruk dala”

Allyson sat proud of herself mostly for picking up Mando’a, but for being able to use it in a situation such as this in a drop of a hat.

That lip drew Alec's eyes. She let the bladetip rest against the base of Allyson's spine. "'Danger woman,' is it, Locke?" She edged a little closer. "I've been called worse." The w sound brought her lips forward; their lower lips brushed, infinitesimally light. Less than a feather, really.

Knock knock.

In about a quarter of a second, Alec's pivot blade was stowed, her hair was straightened, and she was sitting nonchalantly on the edge of the desk. "Yeah, come on in," she said cheerfully, if a little breathlessly. The cheer was pretty much all fake.

"Ah, Rally Master Rekali?" A buy'ce poked in, a helmet she didn't recognize. Unusual deference for a Mando, Alec thought, until she remembered that some of a helmet's vision modes could see right through that door. She opted not to remind Allyson.

Alec ran her fingers through her hair. "Yeah, what can I do for you?"

"Murtagh seems to have, um, lit the broiler on fire."

"Then get the carbonite gun out and fix it."

"Ah...yes, ma'am." The helmet retreated. The door shut.

Was Alec finally going to give in? What would Allyson do? That was something that was going to be left for another time it seemed since the knock at the door broke the trance that Alec held over Allyson Locke. Alec moved fast, faster than Allyson had ever seen her move. Allyson put her head down mostly to hide the blush that radiated heat off of her like the sands of Tatooine. She didn’t look towards the helmeted being that interrupted the rather heated discussion between her and the rally master.

Though, if looks could kill, Allyson would have given him a death stare. Chewing on her thumb, Allyson regained most of her composure. Despite playing it cool while the blade was at her back and Alec on her lap, Allyson’s heart was beating a mile a second. The conversation ended and the two women were left alone once again. A hand moved down Allyson’s thigh as she attempted to lock eyes with the Rally Master.

“Thought there was no chaos hmm?” A grin spread as Allyson’s hand fell from her lips. “I’m curious to see this ‘firm hand’ of yours, Rally Master Rekali” [member="Alec Rekali"]

Alec combed her hair into submission with her fingers and rolled her neck with a click. "Guess I'd better get out there, then," she said, not without some regret. She flicked her wrist and the pivot blade slipped out; she eyed it for a long moment, then stowed it again. "Duty calls. Feel free to stick around and bum free food for a while."

She bared her teeth. "If I catch you screwing around with my computer again, though, I'm going to cut your clothes off and leave you here. Savvy?"

She waggled her eyebrows furiously and left the office, door wide open. The grand opening and associated burger festivities actually did need her attention just as much as the blonde in the sundress. Possibly slightly more.

The game had to end and they both needed to return to their responsibilities. Still, the threat with the pivot blade and being left naked in the office struck her attention. Once the woman had returned to her duties up front, Allyson quickly swiveled the chair to the computer. A few keys pressed along with some downloading from Allyson’s Spacebook account she uploaded a few photos that would catch [member="Alec Rekali"]’s fancy.

Once the necessary keys were pressed, Alec would be greeted by Allyson in a skimpy and revealing bikini on the beaches on Corellia. Of course when Corellia was still ‘Corellia’. There was also in the corner of the screen a fully clothed Allyson, so whenever Alec tried to get rid of the screen saver, another part of clothing would fall off the little photo and a new bikini photo would take a place on the screen. Proud of her work, Allyson gathered her things, snuck another burger from the back and left the establishment.

Not before giving Alec a wink along with a smile and the ever so subtle lip bite.
