Issue With Sub-Account Name Changes?

I was trying to change the name of one of my sub-accounts in order to recycle it, but when I entered my Chaos password it wouldn't accept. Is there a step I'm missing somewhere?

Users are not able to change the display name of their subaccounts, it must be requested through this thread. An admin will make the changes for you at their earliest convenience.
