Even to this very moment in time, Calixte didn't have the slightest clue as to what she was doing here on this planet. This was a place she was clearly never meant to be, yet here she was, seated on an uncomfortable stool in a seedy little diner, facing the large wall-length window so that she could see across the street. The Dive looked like a plain Jane place to her, at least from the outside, and yet the foot traffic just kept on coming. Clearly the business inside was well worth ignoring the look on the outside. A fact that made the redheaded vixen scoff and sip idly at the drink cradled between her hands.
She had forgone her armor for this, deciding instead to dress as civilian as possible. She didn't want any sort of attention from anyone - which really translated to she didn't want anyone getting in her way. Her Beskar attracted more attention than she needed right now. Hell, she hadn't even talked to anyone about this, or why she was here, not since Garryn and his minty-haired halfling of a wife had opened their mouths about this. Hell, the only reason Galaar knew about it was because he had been there when she had gotten the news, and when she had put this half-assed plan together.
And now here they were, seated across the way from where her apparent sister was located. No, not just sister, twin sister! That was a hell of a thing to just be learning after nearly thirty years of life. And it had thrown Calixte for a serious, serious loop to say the very least.
"I think the people who work here probably have a back entrance they use..." she finally, finally spoke! She had been utterly silent since they had arrived on this damned planet. "Ugh, what the hell am I doing here?" she groused out and shoved her cup away. "I've spent all this time without knowing this person existed, so what does it matter if I meet her now that I know she's there?" Honestly, there were plenty of reasons, but it seemed the reality of living family was finally starting to catch up with Cali.
