Its a Crystal Fox (open)

"A great beast sent to carry death in its wake from the highest mountains and furthest planets where life might thrive to the deepest depths of space and chaos where that which fits the the loosest definition of life might writhe. His name is Binky!!!"

Orihime herself though sat there.. the silver rest was near one of the oceans of Kashyyyk and thanks to the likes of Sorel and some of the older members like Rasu when they had first come here before the rest was built the wookiees had constructed these meridian and water pens for Sasori and the Silver Jedi. forgotten yes and barely used except for one thing. She could see him under the water, Sorel and her had discovered him on Dac or Mon Calimari when they went there to help.

THen though he had been small a fleshy sack full of amniotic fluid that was being fed from something on the ocean floor. THey had retrived it and hatched it here to at least see what it could be and at first the pair had been surprised but this was a rare chance. "COme on little guy." She said it crouching there at the stone and had offered to teach a class. Beast taming and friendship courses here as she had gotten some of the things like porgs, vulptex and jakobeasts but Binky was special as she stood there.

The robes were the color of the sea, the oceans; The turquoise of the artificial lakes on zeltros; the deeper medium blue of manaan; a stormy greenish-blue like the ocean of kamino before a storm, sliding into a blue that was nearly black, where the water runs deep and thick. She had her hair back in a ponytail and secured with braids to stay out of the way. The class was meant to teach connecting to the creatures and she had a chance away from Vatsu to step sway. Leaping and diving down deep into the water as the shadow under it shifted.

The jedi master moved close to it, grabbing a ridge plate above the large slitted eye, it focused on her. She could feel it in her mind and there was a sentience beyond those eyes she knew and he knew her as she moved. Tapping keratin plates and bony ridges to tell him where she was so he wouldn't crush her. She moved around the blister pods and could fel him as she went up and touched a bony ridge above his head. Small vestigial tentacles moved around touching her as she flexed the muscles in her hands to grip then urged him up.

Breaking the surface of the water as a sound was emitted from the throat of Bunky she looked around and lounged on his head. Large and ridged so she wouldn't slid off, her robes matched in many ways his skin as she touched him with a nod of her head. "Come on little buddy I need you to maybe help me teach a few jedi how to talk to the animals." There was another groan from hi almost in approval and he was massive, able to be in the water as a thick tongue came out into water of another pen that had food for him.

Aurelion was.... well.... something beyond anxious as he approached the water pen where he had heard one of the Order's Masters would be teaching today. His soft, wheat-colored hair draped down over his eyes as he looked down at the slowly-lapping water with anxious trepidation. Not only was he hesitant about meeting yet another Master of the Force and potentially embarrassing himself but.... well.... he also couldn't swim. A soft, heated flush graced his cheeks as he was once more reminded of this fact. Suddenly, in a manner that made Aurelion blink his eye in... well... pure and utter shock a woman emerged from the water on the back of a large, ridged beast. Her robe a harmonious mixture of various hues of blues and altogether gentle colors.

Quickly passing after the shock of his teacher literally emerging from the sea was... an odd, cold, twisting feeling of shyness sudden ripping into the pit of Aurelion's stomach as she girl smiled at the beast. She was.... very pretty. With a gentle smile and a seemingly equally gentle nature with how she spoke to the large, groaning beast. His already nervous outlook on this lesson due to being so close to drowning-levels of water only being heightened as the beautiful girl looked at him. Making his eye widen and his pointed ears droop shyly as he averted his gaze. His posture snapping to a rigid, formal bow before he really realized what he was doing.

Through the Force Aurelion would feel like a wobbling tower of broken glass comprised of jelly. Almost everything about the situation making him some variation of uncomfortable or uneasy. From him would emanate a soft, cold feeling of anxiety that would wash over [member="Orihime Ike"] and Binky like a cold, creeping mist. Likely not doing wonders for the beast's temperment as Aurelion stayed bowed to her. Honestly not sure which made him more gut-wrenchingly nervous... looking at the beautiful girl in front of him... or having to stare down at the water in front of him to AVOID looking at the pretty girl. Either way.... it seemed like a lose-lose situation.

[member="Aurelion Nova"]

She was hoping for more but seeing someone there as she looked down. The massive head of Binky shifting to the side as she touched the bony ridge to slide off and hold herself upright as he brought her down to the deck. Water coming off of her robes before she was looking at the boy.... man... he seemed nervous and was looking down as she stretched out and smiled gently walking over with her hands behind her back. "Hello." Curious though as she moved and adjusted herself around to try and catch his eyes... to see his face. "I am master Ike."

Aurelion chanced a glance upward as he heard the soft sound of feet meeting the deck, only to see the girl or 'Master Ike' as she would come to introduce herself, stretching with water running off her robes. Aurelion immediately snapped his eyes back down to the water, immediately regretting the decision as she hypnotically lapping current of the water made him a bit nauseous. While the sight of the girl, who was now bending down to try and meet his gaze, being as close as she was only made him fidget shyly. Slowly, very slowly, Aurelion straightened his posture, allowing Orihime to see that the "eyes" she was trying to meet were only one, singular, "eye" as his eye-patch covered the other.

Aurelion swallowed, his mouth suddenly feeling incredibly dry, and he nodded in affirmation at her name. His ears still drooped down timidly as a more feverish, soft red flush arced across his features. He still hadn't quite looked directly at her and.... had his heart always been this loud? it... hurt slightly. Like it was being clamped in a vice. Aurelion then took a shaky breathe and looked at Orihime, that same cold, clamping feeling only getting worse inside his chest as he stared. His breathe, quite literally, taken away by the smile he saw. His mouth opened and closed like a fish out of water and, finally able to speak he squeaks out a small, embarrassed "H-Hi....."

"There we are." She said it and saw the one eye before she was moving around. To stand normally and let binky submerge a black shadow in the blue waters. Her hair she moved to the side and wring out a little of the water. She looked at him and her skin could practically glow with the force. If Reiko was here well she was guessing he might be catatonic.... he seemed nervous and the twin daughters of a jedi master.... well there were several and she had two new little sisters which was surprising... her parents having been married now for nearly forty years. "Hi." She moved to shake his hand though and spoke softly but it was able to be heard. "As you showed up for the class, do you have a preference? Is there any type of animal you would like to learn to communicate with?"

For Aurelion everything was moving slower than it should, her deep, dark eyes met his lighter one and his heart skipped a beat, She wrung out her hair, brushing it to the side all Aurelion could do was widen his eye in stupified, mind-numbing wonder. As she spoke to him and reached out to shake his hand Aurelion paused for an awkward second, since it took his misfiring mind a moment to realize why her slim, delicate hand was extended between them. He then blinked and gently took her hand, shaking it respectfully and trying not to think about how soft it was. As she asked him about the class Aurelion couldn't stop himself from thinking 'Girls?' when she asked about what he wanted to learn how to communicate with. Alas, he didn't think that was appropriate to ask one of his teachers, let alone the pretty girl he would want to use the lessons on herself.

Instead Aurelion gave a meek shrug, his elongated ears finally rising to their usual pointed position beside his head and he glanced about the seaside setting. A small spark of idea reaching Aurelion and turning back to look at Orihime he asked quietly "W-What umm... What kind of animal is your favorite?" It was.... cliche to ask, considering the long-term plan of surprising her with one of said animal as a gift could be all but impossible depending upon what it was. Even still, this was the first time Aurelion had ever felt like this and needless to say, his head had gone far, far over his heels.

[member="Aurelion Nova"]

She raised an eyebrow and that was a curious question to ask... this was for his benefit after all but her hand came up to her mouth. Covering her lips for a moment as she offered a small chuckle... her eyes going downcast and her head turned to the side. "Well." She said it looking at what animals she had brought here and choosing her favorite among the ones, a ropo was small, noble with a large tongue and little horns on its head. A vulptex fox... beautiful to look at and oh it was prone to cuddles... a jakobeast with thick fur, tusks and it liked to have its belly rubbed she knew... then there was a porg moving around and it liked to try and sing if you made sounds... to mimic you.

Then there was binky and she could imagine his shadow beneath the waters, the massive beast of a creature wasn't harmless... he was dangerous to the wrong people... he wasn't one to attack though. Sorel and her had worked to curb his attack everything and try to eat it ut he was still a creature bred for destruction he needed sometimes to go out into the open sea and hunt something big. A way of life after all and the jedi master moved over crouching as she ran a hand along the jakobeast. Its thick white fur folding down under her hands and the pup crooned rubbing its head against her head. "Hmm well a jakobeast is adorable... all fur and when you scratch their bellies they like to wag their tails."

"I'm not uh, too late am I?" Kahlil peaked into the room, his hazel eyes blinking. He, again, expected to see a far more full room of students eagerly looking to learn the skill. Instead, he found only [member="Aurelion Nova"] and [member="Orihime Ike"] casually talking about.. Something. He wasn't sure as he just entered the room. Still, he kept his back hands in his pockets, nervously glancing between the two.

"Or am I early?"

Aurelion was only becoming more and more enamored as Master Ike laughed cutely into her hand, lowering her gaze and giving him a coy response. At this point she proceeded to turn away and began to look among the animals present, going from one to another and evidently weighing each and every animal in her mind. Something told Aurelion, as she stopped at the Jakobeast, that it wasn't her TRUE favorite but as she described it as adorable, Aurelion's eyes still glued on her and not the animal, he nodded dumbly before he could think twice about it. Not even glancing at the animal until she finished her explanation, making him take a moment to shake his head, trying to clear it as best he could. He was, after all, supposed to be here to LEARN. Right?

Aurelion jumped, literally surprised enough to jump off the ground, and turn to look at the other young man who had come to join them. Ah, right. This was an OPEN class after all. Aurelion tensed and glanced from [member="Kahlil Zambrano"] to Orihime and back before deciding to allow her to answer. It was, after all, her class. Besides Aurelion was, in some small way, grateful for the interruption. It allowed him to collect his thoughts and might save him from making a fool of himself in front of the beautiful Master.

She looked at the new comer a smile on her face as she bowed. "Welcome." A smile spreading wider though when she rose up holding one of the pups in her arms and stood there. "No you are not late, we were just trying to find Aurelion here his animal.. something that he can train and learn to connect with through the force." Looking at the pup when she walked over and held it then adjusted her hands a little to support him. "Here we go now lets see what we can get for you." She said it offered another smile ad bow of her head. "THere are porgs, vulptex, jakobeasts or ropos."

A smile formed as [member="Orihime Ike"] greeted him. Ah, that was a welcome change from the normal cold shoulder he got from others. [member="Aurelion Nova"] got a curious brow raise as Kahlil noticed his jump. Did he interrupt something? Well, better not to dwell on it. The master motioned to the pens where the animals were, his gaze traveling over the creatures.

"Vulptex, huh?" He mumbled, his gaze focusing in on the crystal fox. As a child, before his training as a Sith started, he had a doll of one of these creatures. He loved them. A smile formed as he crouched down before the pen, peering at the creature. "Why not."

Aurelion regretfully turned his attention from Orihime to the Jakobeast as the large predator lounged on it's belly. The regal, snow-white Jakobeast eyeing Aurelion coolly as the single-eyed Padawan gently laid a hand on it's dense, furred mane. Aurelion was a natural empath when it came to connecting to others around him, through the Force or not, and Aurelion gently combed his fingers through the creature's mane with gentle, petting affection. Earning a low, pleased rumble from the breast. Aurelion smiled, feeling the energy and warm presence of the creature beneath his palm as he spoke softly to the creature.

"Hello there. My name is Aurelion, it's nice to meet you."

The Jakobeast seemed mostly indifferent, crossing it's paws on the ground in front of itself before it rested it's chin atop it's paws. Aurelion paused, unsure as to whether or not Orihime was going to walk them through the process of connecting to their animal, or leave the bond-forming up to them personally. Aurelion paused, continuing to idly pet the jakobeast as he waited for Orihime to instruct them. Aurelion only gave small, timid glances at Orihime, lest he end up staring despite himself.

She looked at the choice and clapped her hands. "Wonderful." Looking at Aurelion for the moment she nodded between the two of them. Her feet moving though so she cold stand near the waters edge and offer a look at them. her hands clasping her hands behind her back and she waited a moment on how best to gather her thoughts. "Now with your starting companions we should be able to start. I am Orihime Ike, some migt know my mother and my sister [member="Reiko Ike"] might come and join us later."

She offered that as a small grin though and yeah would be something fun possibly before she was looking to their pets. "NOw the basics of beast communication is to connect with your companion. Mentally making a link and being able to slip into their minds. I trust you have preformed and been taught mentalism techniques for reading and connecting to another mind." She looked awaiting them to confirm it... prepared to help but it was something they could take the time to teach.

Her thoughts going to the vulptex first they were generally more affectionate when they were little and fluffy... really really fluffy as she moved over and crouched down to look up at Kahlil with a nod. "Alright lets start with you padawan, connecting to a vulptex is a little easier, tehy can be more trusting when they are young and often don't see people on their homeworld. This can make their minds more open to suggestion just... be a little careful."

She said it and well something her master had taught her... when you are in their head they can be in yours... she didn't want to watch a padawan trying to clean his coat or get his belly rubbed. ":When you slip within their mind they can also slip into yours, make some of their instincts a part of you for a time... a strong mental shield is helpful in this regard." She gave a nod of her head thougha nd Binky was around... she could feel him circling under the water.

THen she turned and looked at Aurelion as he was there... the man was honestly quiet and seemed at times to be nervous... she wasn't entirely certain he liked being down here by the waters. Perhaps moving into a classroom could be better but then you would miss out on the ocean breeze and scent of the salt water. She remained ther though and stood looking at the jakobeast. "Now these little guys are raised for domestication by farmers so they are meant to be trusting towards people.

She was listening to him and could see he was connecting with him and the jedi master herself waited to make sure they had the start of something. "THe first step is to get them to open to you. Your mental probes working to slip through their minds and calm them. Your mental state will be theirs if you have the stronger will. So lets start first, your goal is to get them to do a few small tricks like sit, stay or rolling over."

Kahlil nodded slowly to [member="Orihime Ike"] 's instructions. Thankfully, the young man was an Epicanthix. Should make the resisting side of it far easier for him. Though, that seemed rather unfair. Take what you got none the less. He leaned down to the Vulptex, meeting it's gaze with a soft smile. It wasn't scared at least, which made the next part easier.

He reached out, bringing a hand up literally as his mind expanded, brushing against that of the foxes. He had done this sort of thing before, during his time as an Alchemist within the Sith. Commanding and subjugating the minds of his experiments. But this was different. Rather then press and control as he had, he waited to be allowed in.

And he was. His hand was held out just before the creature, and it met his hand, brushing it's head against his palm and their minds connected. The sudden surge o reality flooded the young man's mind, the simple desires of the creature, it's senses. His genetics did nothing to defend him from this and he quickly found himself overwhelmed by the bond. He pulled his hand back, his eyes wide as he tried to recover his sense of self.

Yet the Vulptex didn't seem to care one way or another. The faintest hint of intelligence, sentience, shown in it's gaze. A side effect of their bond.

[member="Aurelion Nova"]

Aurelion could feel the minute tenses and tremors of the beast's muscles beneath it's heavy fur coat. Despite it's resting nature the jakobeast left no illusion to the fact it was attuned to the Force, on a primal, instinctual level perhaps, but attuned nonetheless. Aurelion listened to Orihime's instruction and, especially concerning her remark about the animal getting inside their minds, got a bad feeling about this. Aurelion's Force abilities tended to backfire on him rather regularly, a few more recent examples sticking out in his mind in particular, and he had to shake his head for a moment to try and clear his thoughts. It didn't exactly help that, whenever Aurelion stopped thinking the constant sloshing and movement of the waves made his stomach turn slightly.

Despite this, he was determined to try his best, especially once he saw the newcomer do rather well. Aurelion nodded, set his jaw and walked from the jakobeast over next to Orihime. The simple command already firmly cemented in his mind as he Aurelion closed his eye. Drawing his concentration together in a slow, gradual build-up of mental acuity. Once Aurelion had gathered what he could, that ever-present sense of something wavering his connection the Force briefly pushed aside as he focused on the jakobeast. It's own simple, primitive emotions washing over Aurelion as he connected with the creature. A brief, phantom sensation of BEING the large, hulking creature rippling over Aurelion's musculature like a miniature earthquake before Aurelion centered himself once again. Slowly extending a hand toward the large creature before he whispered quietly through the Force 'Come.'

The jakobeast yawned, shook itself, and slowly lumbered to it's feet. Snorting before it trundled it's way over to Aurelion and sat down before him and Orihime. Willingly placing it's snout against the palm of the elf boy's hand as Aurelion gave a small smile. Still not opening his eye just yet. He gave the jakobeast a small pet on the snout before opening his eye and looking up at the creature, who tail had now begun to wag as it looked at Orihime. Aurelion's arm wavered a moment, his connection slipping as the backlash his use of the Force normally exerted upon him began to press against his concentration. Aurelion grimaced, dropping his hand as he tried to reign in the sudden primal sensations that now seemed to be more numerous than his own thoughts. The backlash through the Force as his fractured concentration splintered apart resulted in Aurelion's singular pupil shrinking to a pinprick.

Suddenly Aurelion crouched and his pointed ears drooped slightly. The half-eldorai licking his lips before he turned and, being unable to currently control his own body. Began to nuzzle against Orihime's leg in the very same affectionate manner the jakobeast had rubbed it's head against her own earlier. Aurelion gave a small, Aurelion-sounding attempt at a jakobeast's croon and.... purred? This, thankfully for Aurelion's now shredded pride, only lasted for as long as it had taken the jakobeast to walk over to him. After that short time had run it's course Aurelion shivered and blinked his good eye, furrowing his brow in utter confusion before looking to and fro before noting Orihime's robes against his cheek. Aurelion's eye widened, his gaze running up the robe before he saw Orihime and fell back onto his rear. A crimson, deep and truly embarrassed flush covering his cheeks and running over the bridge of his nose as his ears tucked down in shy embarrassment. Aurelion looking off to the side as he hugged his knees up to his chest. Trying to think of... well.... anything to say but this wasn't exactly something he had PLANNED on happening.

She was watching them work... seeing how it would best go and then.... and then she felt something on her leg... she stiffened for a moment... her eyes darting down and she found the one padawan nuzzling her leg as she didn't exactly know what to do... it might startle him if she shrieked... or might make him think he can continue if she didn't do something.... thankfully he seemed to realize what he had done and fell backwards as the jedi master looked at him her eyes wide and wondering.

"Ahhh... that just happened." She worked to maintain and regain her composure in the situation. "Bahahaha." She heard the laugh and turned to look as the white fur was visible and then she could see the black hair as it hung over. Reiko had snuck up upon them with her loth wolf and was enjoying the show. Orihime felt herself frowning for a moment but looking at her sister. "Hey." Reiko seemed to keep laughing and snorted for a moment as the wolf turned its head.

"Bahaha." She stopped and Orihime looked back at the padawan as she crouched down. "Oh I am sorry AUrelion... but think of it this way... you didn't try and clean yourself." She said it as a joke to try and lighten the mood... maybe take some of that red from his cheeks. "It is okay though it happens to all of us at first.. it isn't as easy as one thinks to make a really strong mental barrier without a means to test it." She tilted her head toward Kahlil. "He is kind of cheating being an epichantix."

Kahlil had, thankfully, missed what ever [member="Aurelion Nova"] had done to [member="Orihime Ike"] , mostly because he was still staring at his vulptex with wide confused eyes. It was when Orihime addressed him that he glanced over, blinking. "I don't think being an Epicanthix mattered. By melding into his mind I.. Well. I invited him in at the same time." He mumbled. It was how he communicated with several other people through their minds. By letting them in.The spark of intelligence within the Vulptex's gaze faded after a moment as it returned to grooming itself, none the wiser on what had just happened.

The young man only laughed. "This is.. So different from what I'm use to."

Aurelion's face could very easily have been mistaken for a bright red cherry in the next few moments. The laughing from, apparently, Orihime's sister didn't help in the slightest. Aurelion's elongated ears drooped to the point they nearly touched his shoulders as he looked off into the distance in pure, abject embarrassment. His knees only being hugged even more tightly to his body as he listened to Orihime's comforting words.They didn't do too much to comfort the now incredibly embarrassed Aurelion though he did manage a small, affirming nod as he mumbled. "I... I'm sorry Master. I didn't m-mean....to do that." If Aurelion hadn't had trepidation about the class until now, now he certainly did.

[member="Kahlil Zambrano"] [member="Aurelion Nova"]

She was looking at the two of them and had a look on her face. She clasped her hands behind her back though and shooed her sister off to the side. "It is alright Aurelion... things can happen when you are first learning the skills." She looked at Kahlil though as he spoke and moved over to look at him. "I know it might not be what you are used too but sometimes well that is where you can learna few things about yourself." She said it and looked up though walkng over to the waters edge and she could sense him down below as she held a hand up. "Binky come." The water bubbled and Reiko moved over as the large head of the leviathan came up and Orihime spoke. "Binky be nice... these are friends." THere was something in the massive eye that looked at her and blinked for a moment but she spoke. "Now.. you know how to connect... who wants to go for a ride with their new friends?"

"A.. Ride? Huh?" Kahlil blinked, turning his head between the Vulptex and [member="Orihime Ike"] , rather confused. He couldn't ride atop the fox creature, so did she mean getting the Vulptex to ride atop.. Binky? He shrugged, waiting for an answer as he again reached out to touch the creatures mind before him.

This time it was much easier. He expected the fox's mind to invade his own this time, and was easily able to defend himself from melding too far. Instead, the bond was solidified and the hint of sentience returned to the creatures eyes. "So, now what?"
