It's About Damn Time! (Windstrider)

It's always nice to get a little exercise on the job. Keeps the pounds from getting out of hand, and it keeps the muscles alive and awake. Talia did her best to think with this positiveness as she sprinted down the streets of lower Coruscant. The man she was after was a fast little bugger.
"Oh, c'mon!" She yelled after him, "It's not like I'm planning to kill you or anything! I just want to talk! You know, like over an ale! Not running around like stray cats!"
Damn. The guy was obviously confused. She was only supposed to rough him up. Intimidate him enough to where he stopped doing whatever she was hired to make him stop doing. She sighed as she continued after him. They just never seemed to understand...

What the actual kark. Why was this lady chasing me. I mean, sure I knew people didn't like me, but I didn't know there was a bounty on my head! She rushed after me in rather clanky armor as I was running away in my own durasteel set. THere wasn't a lot of the armor, but enough to provide protection. My cloak flapped after me as I was rushing past others and she was keeping up rather well. I had to lose her somehow. Looks my skills in parkour would have to come into play now. I smiled as the perfect opportunity came up for me.

A man was bending over to pick up something he dropped. I don't care what it was, but I lunged up, and used his back as a landing point to spring myself up to grab onto a hanging sign with my left hand. I then twisted and slammed my feet onto the wall and twisted my hips and at my core to allow me on top of the sign. Using it as a second jumping point, I then launched myself to the other side of the street where a balcony was over head. Rolling to prevent fall damage, I then got up to find a woman taking a smoke outside. Surprised at what I did.

Taking the cig from her hand and crunching it under my boot, "Excuse me, and give the same to the man down there." Using my thumb to indicate the guy that was grabbing his back and yelling out at me from below. Walking off towards the front door, I opened it to leave. I really hated being chased.

Talia smirked as she watched the man go professional acrobat on her. His parkour skills were certainly nothing to joke about. 10 out of 10! She wasn't that far behind him, but there was just enough time for her to build up a burst of Force Energy in her legs. She shot upward, using her foot to propel herself from the side of the building all the way to the balcony across the street. She latched onto the railing, flipping herself over it.
"Oh, erm... Right. Sorry for the, um, stunts. Won't happen again, I promise!"
Talia flashed a quick smile at the woman gawking at her, giving her a tiny two-finger salute as she headed off in pursuit of the man again. Seriously, if they were going to start structure-jumping, she was going to have to dig into her little bag of tricks, too.

As I was walking out, I turned around to see the woman had gotten up here as well. Holy hell did this lady have hops if she could do what I did in less amount of time. Likely she used the force. Which meant I was in more than I bargained for. I hightailed it out of there. This woman wanted me so badly for some reason. As I went out of the door, I turned around and shut it. I looked for a second to see a chair, I then tilted it under the handle to prevent it from being opened. But I knew that she would likely break out of it somehow, It was only meant to slow her down. Give me a few more seconds to run away and hide.

Yes, call me a putz and a panzy but would you really go up against a woman when she has force powers, and you have never done that before? in a place where you know little to nothing about? I don't think so. It would not be very smart, nor would it be in my favor. So far, she had more chances to get me, then she realized. While there were loads of people walking the streets, I decided to do something that might help.

Raising my pistol into the air, I fired a few rounds from it. Making the citizens start running everywhere. Chaos ensued. And it was in this moment, I rushed for an ally. Making my way towards the other side. Wanting to stay away from this woman. Whatever the cost.

Was he seriously just going to keep running?! Talia had been serious when she offered the ale option! She slammed into the front door, falling hard on her ass.
"Balls....."
She grumbled, rubbing her left buttcheek as she pulled herself back up. He must have placed something against the door. Pretty smart. She took a few seconds to gather up Force energy, and then hurled said energy at the door. It flew off of its hinges, and Talia continued on. Great... The streets were in a frenzied panic. No doubt to distract her. This guy definitely knew how to make an escape. She managed to catch sight of him for just a fraction of a second. It was enough for her to be able to follow him, however.
