The shops in Australia have been pushing christmas since mid August this year...It's getting beyond a joke. Soon we will have an all year round Christmas section.

October First to my birthday is my Halloween Season
A week after The Day (because it is the highest holy day of the Church of Corey), to the day after Thanksgiving is Thanksgiving
December 24th at like 1700 until December 25th at high noon, I pretend to be an elf. But the most miserable Elf.
But from Halloween until a week after Christmas, I hide from the outside world, and never turn the radio on.

See, since Australia has no public holidays of commercial note in the second half of the year, no Halloween or Thanksgiving, the stores have little else to promote.
