The Yokai Clan was a small, independent group of Vahla kinsmen which had initially began as contracted logistical support for the vast armies of the galaxy. However, upon Kitsune's successful initiation into the Shadow Dynasty, Kitsune was able to establish the existing infrastructure of the Yokai Clan on Belkadan and create Izanami Ironworks.

Description:
Izanami Ironworks was established during the Age of Chaos by Kitsune on Belkadan. After years of isolation, Belkadan's pre-existing infrastructure and economy were in shambles and unable to fully support the massive industrial complexes of the past. Investing its resources and energies into revamping the industrial capacity of Belkadan, the Yokai Clan was able to create the fundamental production facilities necessary for armorforging, weaponsmithing, and item production, relying on the planetary mining efforts for the necessary materials.
Contracted currently by the Inari Shogunate, the Yokai Clan has been busy developing the latest technologies for the Shogunate's growing demand for sophisticated weaponry and armor, as well as updating the logistical and support technology for the military's logistics. In addition, the Yokai Clan has also been secretly siphoning a small number of armaments and armor for any outside buyers as well as its own budding military force, storing them within the secured armories and vaults aboard their ships.
