Bio:
Izaya was raised by his two parents up to the age of sixteen, and was then given into an outcast title when he could not grow another tail, but his one. This was done in secrecy as this would have shamed the parents, and left them with a bad reputation. At the age of 20, he was pick up by a Dark Jedi Master, who was studying the art of the Force Hound from the old Infinite Empire.
Teaching Izaya all he could on the ways of the force before realizing Izaya was more tapped to his feral side, then a more civilized way. Izaya pounced the Dark Jedi, and began to tear him to shreds due to the Dark Jedi's ignorance on the species need to feed on force rich blood.
Later Izaya would continue on his way through the galaxy, learning the ways of the Shadow, and Sword. Using this to become a great assassin, Izaya picked up a living anywhere he could go.
Izaya never really took time to learn Galactic Basic, and thus can not speak it, but his own native tongue, as he will not speak to anyone verbally but his own species, or someone who knows his language. He can understand it, and read it though.
