The unique feature of the Screaming teeth is a specialized internal cavity that makes the following noise at sufficient speeds:

This noise is modeled after the cry of the Shriekhawk, a predatory bird popular in mandalorian lore.
Strengths:
- Eukar makes for a lighter and cheaper design.
- The screaming bit distracts and terrifies the enemy
- If thrown by a skillful master, the spear can pierce fairly effectively
- It can be used in melee in a pinch
- Simple to use, simple to train with
Weaknesses:
- It's not as durable as beskar
- It's a weapon that is only as good as it's users physicality
- Not a great range unless you're in low/zero gravity
- Not really good at vehicles or large armor, better at anti-personnel generally
- No real complex features, it's just a loud pointy stick.
Description:
Inspired by the recent trend of Mandalorian Clans to produce weapons and equipment that makes a statement, Funky designed the Jairi Edee to proclaim the power and might of clan Balor, and exalt their loud, high-energy ideals of music, mayhem, and their particularly enthusiastic version of Mandokar, the Singer of War built this weapon.
Modeled after the Bes'bev (an iron war-flute common among Mandalorian musicians), Funky instead designed a specific atonal shriek to commence when thrown, mirroring the loud cry of a shriekhawk hunting it's prey. The Goran of Balor proudly called his weapon the screaming teeth, as he believes it is best fired in volleys, to display the hunger of a thousand birds of prey on the battlefield.
The weapon's implementation is simple enough. When thrown, dropped far enough, or otherwise launched in a way that allows it to "catch air" for more than a few seconds, the javelin begins to spin rapidly, the air flowing through it and producing the signature shrieking noise.
