Jend-Ro Quill designed this training tool not long after arriving at Romi Jade 's hidden Jakku Jedi enclave. Fundamentally, it's just a set of large bronzium pipes in an alusteel frame - all sourced from local salvagers, of course. Skilled and controlled use of telekinesis can create harmonies or even play music.
One element that Quill especially likes is that just pushing or bumping the pipes won't do a thing. Projected fighting (remote) strikes need to be crisp and sharp to set the pipes ringing, a stark difference from the standard Force push. Telekinetic use of rocks or training balls needs to be similarly precise, or they could ricochet against adjacent pipes and ruin the harmony.
The chimes can be used to train other skills as well, e.g. creating resonance directly or causing air to move by heating and cooling.
