Hello everyone! I wanted to say thank you very much for voting for me.
I am not used to winning any awards so forgive my awkwardness lol.
I am not sure who all was in the running for COTM but when I checked two of the other leaders in the race were Kaila Irons and Briana Sal-Soren. I want to say - I have not written in many threads involving Kaila but I have seen her writing. You can tell by the level of detail and love put into each post how amazing she is. Even if you do not directly write with her. Her reputation and style speak volumes for her character. As for Briana, I have had some conversations and can promise from the bottom of my heart they are one of the most genuine and amazing people on the site who has put in a lot of time and work into everyone they interact with. I was genuinely anxious to win because I believed both of them deserved the award. Not to diminish those that voted for me or others, as it is an honor to get this recognition.
I wrote this character to be able to play with all of you. I have spent these first few months in RP trying to always leave myself open to messages from everyone and keeping a solid relationship with them so that they don't ever feel forgotten. Please feel free to think of me when you need someone - IC or OOC. I would love to meet and interact with you all.
Whether it be because of his madness or kind nature, Rellik and the Diarchy as a whole were made so that everyone - either as antagonist or ally, could have someone to play with. The morally "Grey" outlook to his personality is so I can smoothly fit into your stories, whatever role that may be - I am open to filling it! It has been a pleasure to meet all of you and I love your unique characters, stories and personalities. Your writing and ingenuity never ceases to amaze me.

- For Rellik - Currently he is fighting some of the harsher teachings of his father - with his age, years in battle, and education - he is becoming more of a lightsider every day. Learning to love and care for everyone.

- One of my favorite aspects of the character is the several goals Rellik has. Firstly, to end the war between the Jedi and Sith and create balance in the galaxy. Where people may grow up without having to be thrust into the thousands year old conflict and live normal lives, un-burdened with the war. Secondly, it is to find the secrets to his fathers mysterious disappearance. The reason he has looked into alchemy, sith magic and science is to uncover this mystery.

- Oh jeez (Begins to sweat) hmmmm. There was a point where being a leader of a faction was starting to fully weigh on me. You suggested doing a thread where we just acted like our RL selves.
A moment for brothers. In a way, joking about everything and just playing as if it was really you and me made it the best thread. I started this hobby just to spend more time with you. I couldn't ask for a better brother. Any thread you and I directly interact is my favorite.

- To be honest Rellik came from Diarch Reign and I's childhood. We made these "Sith" names when we were probably eight and ten years old and fighting each other with plastic bats pretending they were lightsabers in my grandpa's back yard. I always loved magic, sorcery and similar aspects in books and games growing up. Everything kind of came together for him to be a much more legendary version of myself lol. I tried having him be very evil at first but it just does not fit my personality and I struggle to write it. Leading to him being more morally grey now.
