Strengths - He can stay calm in the face of danger. He's also quite the marksman, able to hit targets somewhat easily. He's also light on his feet.
Weaknesses - He's extremely wreckless, and tends to shoot first and ask questions if anyone's still alive. He also tends to taunt his opponent, further determining anyone against him to shut him up. He also despises armor, preferring his own agility as his protection. This can turn out to be a terrible choice.

APPEARANCE:
Whilst his chest appears to be armored(as it does in the image), when in person it is made apparent that it's just a shirt, no actual armor being present anywhere on his body.
BIOGRAPHY:
Jason, born on Hora, was raised by a criminal. His father, Coth Lortek, was a smuggler himself. He hardly remembers his mother, who had apparently been killed not long after he was born. And his sister is a thief who operates who-knows-where. He is openly bisexual, though if you ask how and when he figured that out the story tends to vary.
When he was 21, he woke up to find his father - whom he was forced to keep living with, in case anyone decides to use Jason's life as leverage - gone. He discovered later that day that Coth had been shot and killed when a deal went awry. At first, he dedicated himself to avoiding the path his father went down. 5 long years later, due to monetary problems, he decided he had no choice but to go for it.
That's how he supports himself to this day. Taking smuggling jobs, gun-running and the like, keeping these jobs on the down-low to pay for his home in the city-state of Attika. He still hasn't done his military service, hence why he hasn't been called upon by any of the labor lotteries.
