The Jedi Requisitions Package is designed to allow Jedi to serve the Galaxy while covering any necessary expenses, enabling the individual to save their personal income for personal leisure. The Requisitions Package is supported by most Banking Clans and Businesses, in association with the Jedi Comport, and provides secure transactions through heavily encrypted networks.
Those who choose to access the Jedi Requisitions Fund via Datapad or Personal Terminal will be given a spreadsheet of all transactions both in and out-going from the investment fund. Jedi of higher authority such as a Knight or Master will also be given more functionality, able to deposit funds and commit transactions to their Padawan or Students accounts, while students are restricted to single daily withdrawals only.
The Premium Debit Chip is an offer privileged to Jedi Knights and Masters and does not require one to access the Requisitions Fund via a terminal in order to make purchases. While these Credit Chips are valuable, it is not unheard of for a Master to trust their Padawan with the use of their own.
As for the Jedi Requisition Package's total balance, such information is kept hidden to all but the primary investors such as the Economic Study Circle and House Arenais for security purposes. No single Jedi Organization, Enclave or Temple is responsible for the continued finance or management of these accounts.

The Jedi Requisitions Package was an idea first suggested by
Jend-Ro Quill
to Caedyn Arenais when the Jedi Knight had sought out the guidance of the wiser and more experienced Jedi Master on Jakku.
It came during a time where Caedyn was searching for purpose and fulfilment in his role as a Jedi, that Jend-Ro requested a means of available income for all Jedi to be enabled in their service to the people, regardless of affiliations or happenstance.
The concept or a shared trust or investment fund for all Jedi quickly sparked prospects in the Jedi Knight, of whom had been born into wealth and invested heavily in humanitarian and economic organizations and trusts, capable of going the distance to deliver on his word and fulfil the Master's request, glad to be able to put his fortunate wealth to the benefit of so many others.

, Jend-Ro had given Caedyn the perfect candidate to reach out to. Through the Atrisian Jedi Master, the Economic Study Circle and Watchtower would bolster the Requisitions Fund on top of the already significant amount of financial assets known to House Arenais.
The Jadeite Jedi (Matsu's on Ahch-To) also offer personal freighters, as well as a variety of Jedi Apparel to those in need.

The intended purpose of this fund is to provide finance for necessary services such as public transit, food and overnight stay, however, there has been no official requirements stated, that prohibit the individual Jedi from its use.

The withdrawal process is largely effortless, requiring one to make a transaction over the holonet via the Jedi related Social Network, the Jedi Comport. Users of the Jedi Comport will have already had their personnel files uploaded from their preferred Enclave, Temple or Organization and therefore any transaction should be timeless and without error. Simply sign in via your Comport Account Registration ID# and then input the desired amount to be withdrawn.
Alternatively, a premium debit chip can be ordered for fast and easy purchases withdrawing directly from the requisitions fund itself. These debit chips can be ordered via the Jedi Comport, and supplied by your local Jedi Organization.
