Biography:
Born to parents that matter to the story as much as Jehan mattered to them.
During one of his ‘walks’, the young boy encountered a broken holo-vid showcasing a rather strange figure. It showed a Knight of old tales, sword raised high and shouted “All evil will be extinguished by my blade! All torment and harm will be blocked by my shield!” The Holo-Vid unfortunately never survived a second viewing, but it struck Jehan incredibly of how such a being could exist that would dare stand tall for everyone.
At that moment he only had one goal, become that Knight. This took the form of helping the other orphans that lived with him, constantly keeping track of them and making sure they were being taken care of in form or the other. It was here that he would gain a second shadow, a young girl named Anika that followed him no matter the situation he found themselves in; either outnumbered by the older kids or attempting to find food in the wild.
His path to become the ultimate protector of the innocent, stretched to shielding his close friends from receiving extra punishments from their ‘caretakers’. Jehan promised he would be the unbreakable shield.
Jehan became a shield, but he was far from unbreakable.
