DESCRIPTION
In honor of his appointment to Lord Commander of the Wardens of the Shroud, he was granted a gift along with his new title. The gift is a uniquely fabricated outfit with a hooded robe. The design, chosen by him, came in his favorite color: black. Four different and distinct fabric materials were used in the creation of the outfit; zeyd-cloth, armorweave, synth-leather, and shadowsilk.
The zeyd-cloth material encompasses the majority of the outfit entirely, while patches of reinforced armorweave has been strategically placed in the chest and back areas of the outfit; the latter is intended to give extra protection against blaster bolts. The hooded robe is constructed of shadowsilk, that when it comes in contact with objects dampens the sounds created whilst it can absorb light, giving a stealth-like essence to Jehlan. The boots were made from synth-leather.
Underneath the outfit, in the region of the left and right forearms respectively, are songsteel gauntlets. These gauntlets are for defensive purposes against lightsaber strikes. A small device, the holographic cloaking unit, rests on the right side of the belt. The device allows Jehlan to render himself almost nearly invisible.
SPECIAL FEATURES
- Holographic Cloaking Unit: Attached on the right side of the outfit's belt, it allows Jehlan to be almost nearly invisible.
- Shadowsilk Hooded Robe: The material, shadowsilk, was used in creating the hooded robe that drapes over outfit. The material allows for the absorption of light or dampening of sounds when the material comes into contact with another object.
- Armorweave Reinforced Front / Back: Armorweave, known for its light resistance to lightsabers and can dissipate blaster bolts, has been reinforced in the chest and back regions of the outfit.
- Songsteel Gauntlets: Both the right and left gauntlets, masked under the outfit's sleeves, were constructed from songsteel; allowing for the blocking of lightsaber-based strikes.
- Lightsaber Resistant: With both the songsteel gauntlets and the reinforced additions of the armorweave, the outfit possesses a strong affinity against lightsaber attacks.
- Poorly Defensive: The outfit is just that, an outfit. Even with the songsteel gauntlets and the armorweave material, it will not stand up to constant barrages like light - heavy armor types.
