BIOGRAPHY:
Jessa was a Jedi once.
But now she's a chef aboard a roaming restaurant-ship called the Midnight Express that specializes in a wide variety of galactic dishes. She runs the restaurant with the help of her Wookiee sous chef, Granambaaa (Gran, for short), and Cookie the... cooking droid.
