  • Expansion Worlder
    Jim came from Pioneer stock. He grew up on the wild Galactic Frontier away from the techno-lifestyle of the Core Worlds. As such, his taste in music, women, and good wine can seem a bit backwater. Thankfully, he also became a 'do-it-yourself' kinda guy too.

  • Jim learned to do a lot of things himself as a teenage human. Tinkering and fixing things was commonplace in his ever-expanding settlement. Something was always breaking. But it was his adventures hunting wild game as a kid, that gave him a love of the wild outdoors and the comforting weight of a gun under his saddle.

[*]Juryrigging
  • Jim is something of a gun nut. He enjoys spending time customizing his weapons and decorating them for show. He's a man who can appreciate sawing off a few inches from your rifle barrel to make for one hell of a heavy pistol. Besides, space-duck tape fixes everything.

[*]Hyperspace Explorer
  • Jim spent his early years working away his education debts by serving as a co-pilot for The Guild. He and his fellow mates charted new space, pioneered new roads, and observed wild galactic spectacles. As such, the man loves a good short-cut and owns a few custom maps.

[*]Rogue Stance
  • Jim favors the speedy hand of combat. Dexterity, Stealth, Common Sense, and Forethought are his speciality. He's fast and wise. Not strong and indomitable. He don't win no Arm Wrestling contests either.

[*]Slow Reader
  • Jim can read just fine. But he likes to take his time when he does so. Give him a good book and a bathroom break, and you won't see him again for an hour. Or, Chapter 2. Which ever comes first.

  • Twin Disruptor Rifles: "Becky" and "Mercy". The differences seem mostly cosmetic, thought both rifles are exceptionally light wieght.
  • Twin Stun Batons: With power settings like: Shake & Bake, Classic Brawler, and Roasty-Toasty. ...You can't go wrong.
  • Dual Ultrachrome Guantlets: A gift from his Grandfather, Turkish 'Teddy' Caermoth. Supposed to help a man fight them pesky Sith. Though, poor Jim has carved the name of an ex-girlfriend into one of them. Oops.

BIOGRAPHY:
  • Jim came from Pioneer stock. His mother and father were explorers. His family was too. So, Jim grew up on the wild Galactic Frontier away from the techno-lifestyle of the Core Worlds. It was the simple life. Away from politics and the digital age. Where bad weather, mother nature, and the rugged mutant beasts were the worries of the day. It taught him and his father to work for themselves. To become self-sufficent, self-diciplined, and habitual. They learned to take their time too. Especially when out hunting wild predators or mutant alpha beasts.
  • Jim went to school away from home as a teenager. He learned to appreciate a more modern lifestyle and how to reflect back upon his learnings on the wild frontier. He even learned how to pilot a Starship without smashing it to pieces upon landing. One of the few skills his father never managed to pass on. Thought Jim always prefered Landspeeders himself.
  • Graduating university left a rather large debt to be repaid before he return home to start over. So Jim joined The Guild and make fast money by taking dangerous recon missions into the unknown. He served as co-pilot on a number of Skiffs and Missile Boats as they charted the unknown regions between Expansion Worlds. He called it 'Checking the Weather'. And he never claimed to have found anything particularly note-worthly either.
  • Jim is now a Freelancer for The Guild and makes frequent trips to their headquarters on Cinnagar. Where he'll end up next is anybodies guess. And thats just how he likes it.
