Distinctions: The Jindaburra is a bipedal mammal with a thick red, or brown coat. Their large legs enable them to run at incredible speeds, and leap massive distances. The Jindaburra has two arms located on the torso which help it dig at roots, and pick up rylers scorpions.

Breathes: Type One.
Strengths:
+Run, Luke, Run: The Jindaburra is a sprinter at heart, and can reach up to forty mile an hour speeds for up to hours at a time. This means it often outruns its predators.
+Jump Champ: The Jindaburra is an animal that can leap over a distance of eleven meters and four meters high at most. While these are at most, the Jindaburra can adeptly leap over most obstacles.
+Adept Fighter: The Jindaburra's powerful legs deliver a powerful kick that can knock a grown man, in stormtrooper armour over, and out. Their left hook isn't too bad either.

Weaknesses:
-Weaklings: The Jindaburra's light on its feet, but can't take any punches. A single blaster rifle shot immobilizes or kills them. A single tackle from the mastiff does the same thing.
-Pest: The Jindaburra has continued to breed in farmland, and they trample crops and grazing land. This is rather annoying for farmers who have to deal with this.
-Thick Coat: On particularly warm summer days, the Jindaburra's coat acts as a hindrance, sometimes overheating the beasts muscles, meaning they're not as quick.

Races: There are two variants, the Coastal and the Desert Jinduburra.

The Coastal Jinduburra has a light brown coat, and lives either in fields, or in the light scrub where desert meets jungle.

The Desert Jindaburra, has a deep red coat, coloured very similar to the deserts they roam.

Diet: Roots, leaves, berries, and Rylers scorpions.
Communication: Clicks, sniffles and howls.
Culture:
The Jindaburra is a social creature, running in a mob, or pack of fifteen to forty large. These packs are run by a Chief, whose often the oldest or strongest male. He gets the first shot at mates, and leads the pack. His position can only be challenged by another male, if they win. Interestingly, the Jindaburra appears to be one of the three creatures on the planet which recreate and play with one another. The younger males and females often race one another, and when old enough their physical speed is used as a set of hierarchy in the pack. The older and lamer of the pack are left behind when the pack outruns them.

Sexual maturity for the Jindaburra is met at two years of age. Jindaburra's mate during the autumn months, and pregnancy takes four months. Male mates are protective of their female counterparts, and have been known to throw themselves at mastiff hounds to slow them down for their mates to survive. When birth happens, one to eight joes are born.

Jindaburra's are also among Terra Damnatia's most domesticated residents. While not all are, and some have been known to turn on their owners, there have been many cases of Jindaburra's being accepted as pets in homesteads across the planet. Some accept this status, and have been known to treat their owners as pack members their entire lives.
Technology level: None.

General behavior: Jindaburra's are a docile lot, apart from during the mating season when males become aggressive, and have been known to kill humans who approach too closely.

History: None.

Notable Player-Characters: None.

Intent: Space Australia needs kangaroos.

Designation: Sentient.
I believe the designation you are looking for here is "semi-sentient" which would equate them to a dog in that they can learn basic commands, are capable of minor comprehension and be tamed and trained but are incapable of designing and building their own spaceship.

Change this.
