Vaak has strived to be a great pilot since he was a child. During his initiation to the NIO and his training, he has shown to have high reaction times to any obstacles that suddenly come his way, making his adaptation in the field to be one of recognition.

Being a former soldier, Vaak can maintain his mental and emotional composure during the heat of even the gravest of battles. Being a former radio transmitting officer, no distraction will hinder his communication skills.

Now following a faction whose ideals are roughly the same as the one he began serving. And one's ways that are more suited for the Rattataki. The Order is not something Vaak will leave as he did after the Sovereignty's collapse. Or defect, as he did with the Sith Empire.

While a respected member of the now-disbanded Onyx, Vaak was and still is the lowest in the rating of physical capability out of all of his former squad. Something that'll put him at a disadvantage if he's caught in a long battle that isn't in a spacecraft.

Anden Fancelo
, even gaining the qualities of leadership that he carries, good and bad. Once Vaak settles in with a squadron, his wingmates are like family to him. And he'll extend himself to keep them from certain death to an extent.
