Appearance: Looking young for her age Joannie Moreau is the Chief Engineer for the flag ship of Aran Piett's Task Force. Since she almost rarely leaves the reactor section of the ship, she always is in her mechanic's jumpsuit, as well as has oil stains and dirt smeared on her face. She is almost always seen with some tool in her hands, always trying to repair something. She keeps her blonde hair up so it won't get in the way of her work or get caught on something. Though she has brown eyes since she is working most of the time they are rarely seen.
Personality: Joannie, is a workaholic, she never stops unless for sleep, and then she has to be on the verge of passing out or ordered to sleep. She is very intelligent, and uses this to get out of situations others would need a blaster for. Though being very smart and knowing most First Order ships front to back and inside and out, she doesn't want to command any. She is comfortable inside the reactor rooms of ships where she thrives. When having bouts with Aran they can be heard cracking jokes between each other about the other.

History: Ever since she was a little girl Joannie was a tinkerer. She would be seen taking droids apart and rebuilding them. All she ever wanted is to be an engineer, She got that chance after schooling was finished when she joined the First Order Navy as an engineer. She loves every second of the job, and has been part of development teams for many ships. Her expertise in the reactor rooms is unparalleled, and she continues to amaze command officers with her skills. She was assigned to Aran Piett after the battle over Kaeshanna, where his forces took a heavy beating due to poor engineering teams.
