Highlight the efforts Baktoid has made to ease the lives of those affected by DruckenWell and continue said efforts. Distance the company from former CEO Alli Wren. Ramp up efforts with aid, such as the non profit subsidiary Sasori Research. Begin an aggressive ad campaign and generally set in for the long haul. An Image can't be repaired over night but with work Baktoid can return to it's former Image. Continue to work with Druckenwell to repair the damage and lives of those on that planet.

Frankly, publicizing a renewed emphasis on philanthropy is a good way to deal with the situation at hand. Although it will require expending capital up front, it is entirely necessary for the stockholders to realize that the galaxy is changing--and that these changes require adaptation. A renaming is not essential, but a re-branding definitely is of value--Baktoid's product line needs to be more than just combat weaponry. Our skill set in automation should lend itself to research and development on how droids and humans can be better equipped to handle new difficulties in a quickly shrinking galaxy.
