Appearance: Joe has a forest green, and azure blue skin color. He's approximately 5'11 in height and 135 lbs. He commonly is seen wearing a tan jacket, with black leather pants, and black boots. His eyes are green in color. As well as his eyebrow color is black. He has a single pistol holder which is located on his left hip. As well as he has a scar under his right eye from a time Theseus cut him with a shard of glass for feeding him outdated information.
Personality: Joe is best known as a calm individual. Who doesn't get shook up very easily in the midst of Chaos. However Joe also has a high sense of self preservation, and will try about anything to keep himself alive and in good help. When Joe wants to be he can become very discreet and tends to disappear amongst crowds to both hide as well as pick up on local rumors and galactic news. Which that also gives him the quality of observation. Joe finally can be viewed as a pacifist, due to his lack of skills in combat Joe tends to find a diplomatic or deceptive means of solving a problem.

Occasionally Joe does make mistakes and Theseus does have to give him lessons. Which generally result in minor to severe injuries, deduction of a payment, or loss of an item Joe possesses in compensation for his mistake.
