BIOGRAPHY:
Born on the planet Kattada in 831ABY, John Grain was the child of two human immigrants, who never told him where they were from. He spent his childhood studying at the local education facility, but he can't remember the name of it for the life of him. His early life was uneventful, and it wasn't until he was hired by a local street gang to act as a negotiator, as they heard of his social skills. He was granted his first blaster rifle, and trained with it every day, reaching the point in which he surpassed every member in the gang combined. He attempted to quit, but they wouldn't allow it. He disposed of their bodies the next morning, dumping them into a local river for them to be washed out to sea. He then got a job at one of the local factories, and focused on studying the machines there, and improving them. It was through these experiences that he became obsessed with removing large amount of weaknesses caused by a human body by enhancing it. He became enamored with the perfection that a synthetic body could achieve, and began despising himself. Only a few weeks later he was hired by the Directorate, first to maintain droids. STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES (Required: 2 Weaknesses Minimum) :
Strengths:
- Immense intellect: John had been seemingly blessed with an intellect that surpasses most life forms in the galaxy. He is capable of analyzing complex situations, and can always find solutions to situations that others may find hard to crack. He has an easy time manipulation people, although he finds no joy in it.
- Sharpshooter: When dealing with blaster rifles on the smaller scale, John considers himself, and is considered by many others. To be one of the greatest in the galaxy. He is incredibly precise and accurate, able to land shots from much further than is expected from such a weapon, and to land them exactly where he wished them. He is also a quickdraw, able to out draw any enemy he had faced thus far. He often uses these skills to establish his superiority and rank on his ships.
- Commanding presence: Even though he's not the most intimidating of man on first sight, the people under John's command follow his orders with ruthless efficiency and loyalty, a result of both the respect, and the fear, that he has garnered for himself over the years.
- Mechanical genius: John had always had an aptitude in designing, creating, and maintaining machines. His job before being hired by the Directorate designing droids for a local factory, in order to pay for his advanced education.
- Physical weakness: While not particularly weak. John's constant dependence on his shooting skills have cause him muscles to remain untreated, meaning he does not work out or train in any melee fighting styles often if ever. This means that on a one vs one fight, he would not be capable of defending himself without a blaster.
- Consumed by vengeance: Although John does not have anyone specific he seeks revenge over, anything he considers a personal slight against him would be met with the full force of his fury. In this state he cannot be calmed, and spends hours at a time planning his sweet revenge on the perpetrator.
- Trans-humanist: John believes the human body to be feeble, and hates his own. He despises his own flesh and blood, and takes this out on both others and himself. His body is covered with self inflicted scars because of this hatred, and any mirror or reflective surface in his are must be removed, as well as anyone talking to him might be better off covered, which isn't a problem to the troops of the directorate. Now that he has powers, he will most likely seek to replace any biological part of him with machines, his greatest love.
