JRR Troikens Treasure

[member="Ekul Selah"]

Melkor walked through the jungles of Troiken, looking for a trove of Atifacts he had heard of being here. He was armed only with his lightsaber and was wearing only bare minimun gear. It was supposed to be a secret that this was here and he was not expecting a fight.

Be on your guard;
stand firm in the faith;
be men of courage;
be strong.

Ekul Selah swept into the foyer of the Troiken Enclave, and shortly-thereafter his senses were greeted with the scent of moistened flora. The distant rapids and falls sprang a constant static of water crashing on rocks like the heartbeat of the world. Crystal clear it runs from the mountains, draping over the waterfall like a tattered curtain. The entrance was wide, but nature had taken back what is rightfully theirs. Deep roots sprouted from the cracks in the stone. Great trees had grown, threatening to swallow the roof. Much of the Temple was flooded or ransacked with age and nature. The elements wrought their own justice upon the structure. The few rooms that remain sturdy and untouched was the dining hall, sleeping quarters and the astronomy room. Many of the hallways suffering from varying levels of water, and others had their roofs caved in. It was unknown who built the temple, but it was evident it has been left alone for thousands of years. Ekul glanced back outside to the courtyard where it offered ample space for training, along with the nearby jungle.

Though little in way of modern technology has touched this place, there was signs of it. The archaeology team to discover the place quickly set to work on a communication array. Along with this, one would believe that outside, by the river on the face of the cliffs, the carved statues of ancient Jedi were made recent, but it had been proven upon study that they're far older than they appear, predating the New Sith Wars. A mysterious location, but the Jedi do not require luxury to survive. The humble beings that they are will take what they're given. They care not to refurnish the enclave. Ekul Selah found himself sole proprietor of the enclave. As a Jedi Watchman, he was designated planets, systems or sectors to protect as their guardian, Troiken was at the heart of his sector. Dark robes curled themselves around the robust form of the elderly man. Far from venerable as some were to thinking. He was experienced and hardened with time. Oval spectacles sat themselves upon the thick bridge of his nose, resting gently as he peered warily about. A ripple in the force had alerted the lonesome Jedi that something dark was near, and nigh upon him.
