//It's What's On the Inside, Right?//
There is absolutely no containing any little thing about Juli. The woman is expressive, larger than life, and while it's not always in the most amazing of ways, there is for certain never a dull moment when it comes to her. Obnoxious to her core, she breathes wit and sarcasm. There isn't a whole lot of things that can drag her down, and while she is of course able to take a situation seriously, she'll still make light of it regardless.
Now, that's not to say that she doesn't know when to dial it back. She does have respect for people - when they have earned it. If someone has proven to her that they deserve respect, good on them. If not? Game on.
Now, the woman does have a temper, though luckily said temper has a lengthy fuse to it. She can take a lot of heat before being provoked to react, but once that happens Juli will not stop until forced to do so, or she accomplishes taking out whatever provoked her to that point.

Strengths
Nimble - Juli is fast in quite a few aspects of her life; Running, hand-to-hand, footwork, the works
Flexible - In both body and mind. Her bodily flexibility only aids in her agile nature, and her mental flexibility lets her roll with most situations tossed her way
Scrappy - She doesn't need a weapon to be dangerous
Confident - There is no one more sure of themselves than Juli is
Weaknesses
Arrogant - Her confidence can be a bit off putting to those who don't know, or don't like her
Senses - With heightened senses comes a heightened ability to have those senses used against you. Bright lights, fumes, overly loud noises can all be a major hindrance
Alone - At the current moment, it's just Juli on her own, and that makes her vulnerable despite her unwavering bravado
//Eh, Don't Dwell...//
Its hit and miss when questioning Julian about her past. First and foremost, she will never, ever introduce herself as 'Julian'. No, there isn't particularly anything wrong with her name, but it was given to her by people who never really cared for her, so she doesn't use it often. Very few know the details of her past, and fewer still have the privilege of being told the story. This is mostly because there really just isn't anything Juli cares to say about the way she grew up - or mostly grew up. She was still fairly young when she ran away from home, not even a teenager in fact when she did so.
Now, life afterwards? That she doesn't have an issue talking about. By no means is the woman embarrassed or ashamed of the direction life took her in once she had ran as far from home as she could get. Granted, the people who had found her in one of the dingiest parts of Denon were seedy at best, but they took the (at the time) kid in. They fed her, clothed her, raised her, and taught her everything she needed to know on how to survive. And when they inevitably found out what she was? There was no backlash from her little makeshift family.
In fact, precautions were taken, both for Juli's safety and theirs, and life went on. Years were spent living life in the underground circuit, doing what could and needed to be done in order to make ends meet. It was day to day, it was life, and eventually Juli grew up as all children do. For a while, she continued in this pattern, with this little family who had raised her. But her inner nature has been riling beneath the surface of her skin for some time, and that inner beast wants more.
This is what led her to get out from the underground - though she knows that no one ever really gets away fully. Whatever the case, for now she's alone, looking for whatever it is that's been calling to her inner beast. It's taken her to quite a few different places, but thus far no luck. However, that certainly hasn't stopped her from continuing the search, no matter what bumps crop up in her road along the way.
