Standing at just an average height, it is actually Loghain's look and the air in which he carries himself that make him intimidating to most. . He is most often seen in a standard dark grey long coat with white striped navy colored shirt and trousers. A stick of wroshyr wood helps him walk due to the limp in his right leg - an ancient incident that decided his future path as seen in [HISTORY].

An illegitimate bastard son to the Kuat of Kuat, Julius Loghain's life was almost ceased at the meager age of three before another use was found for him - a personal assassin for the House of Kuat. An obedient and blindly loyal dog who will go to any lengths to further the goals of the monarchy. Since the age of six, he was tutored by the House's Spymaster.

By the age of eighteen he was to be enrolled into the Intelligence of Kuat but a nasty incident left him physically inept for the requirements, leaving him with a limp in his right leg and a one way ticket of exile off-world; he had no purpose if he could not be an assassin for the House.
Young Loghain found himself on Humbarine where he enrolled into the Humbarine Naval Academy and graduated with above average results. What distinguished him from the rest of his class was his cunning and unorthodox approach to solving issues; something that resulted from his application of all he had learned from the Spymaster into naval warfare.

He returned to Kuat and, out of pity, was given a desk job within the navy of Kuat. Administrative work predominantly - nothing that could get him close to the family he had been exiled from. For the last two decades he plotted and schemed his vengeance with the aid of one Arage Bao with who he had built a trustful relationship with during his days in the Academy. When she overthrew the Humbarine government and formed the Humbarine Admiralty, Julius was not only the first to congratulate her but also the one who finally found the perfect opportunity to spring his plan.

With the half-covert, half-public support of the Humbarine Admiralty and his two decade work of plotting, self-proclaimed Vice Admiral Julius Loghain initiated and succeeded in his coup d'etat against the ruling family of Kuat with the reasoning that Kuat had for too long been groveling before foreign powers. Executing or banishing the House of Kuat, Julius Loghain now has to lead Kuat through turbulent times as the Lord Regent, in charge of the Kuat Transitional Council. Navigating through muddied waters of his own ambitions, appeasing to those with influence on the Kuati political scene and the nation itself and dealing with the Galactic Alliance and Silver Jedi Order on his borders, while trying to strengthen and solidify his rule, the Lord Regent must make the right decisions; no matter the cost.
