It was supposed to be a simple 'milk run' of a mission in the beginning... as he thought wrong it seems. For instead of being just out and be a week or two out in com silence. Before rotate back that he ends up stretching it to more than that as with a bit of a hitch in the plan of escape. He picks up a few unwanted distractions as such aside from adding a couple more extra days to the trip along with some unscheduled stop. That he had unintentionally veer way off course that he expected and distracted as he was. He was not able to do a course correction in time that he get slingshot off course and well too close for comfort skirt unfriendly territory. That he thought not his intention with exhaustion along with a bit of engine trouble force to land into the nearest close enough planet he could. Albeit in the course of landing, he was unable or unsure if the beacon deploys let alone confirm.

xhw9bnpBDTvfGMkBT-5GV0sE0kDxxfcoOIv-VaJ1UJE.jpg

Which or whatever in seven circles of hades he had ended up in on the first place. As before he knew it after a not so textbook landing he lands or better yet almost crash the ship he was in on the planet. Which from space seem been to look like an ice planet of a sort with a small band of the body of water. Which was at best far from it for once close enough to the surface it appears the planet was something else unexpected. Where the middle equator and two third of the planet from that point was some desert of the sort with few scatter oasis or mountain rock face. While the poles were icy with a small pocket of forest tundra sorts. And here it seems he found himself.....thought not alone as he thought for fate can be quite a fickle foe or friend that ... one can never be sure what it brought or dealt one at any given time.

A communications was sent out to the Silver Jedi that weren't on Kashyyyk. It appeared there had been a mission sent out that at least one person hadn't returned from. Unsure how many others were wandering like she did, Seo replied she was on the case and would report anything she found. The general location of where the mission had happened was provided and the route they had followed.

It was one of the less travelled hyper-lanes and there was a possibility it had become unstable. There were several planets on its route and she picked one in the middle to scout out first. If her intuition was accurate, it seemed most probable this is where it happened. Coming out of hyperspace, a beacon was blaring out a call for rescue and she couldn't help but smile slightly.

The Force worked in mysterious ways and Seo had always been one to follow its call. That was probably one reason she wandered around so much. The Force was always in motion and so she was too. Homing in on the location of the beacon, she took life readings of the planet below. Not much there in terms of sentient life, but there was a ton of native life. Plants and animals. A desert and that was where the beacon came from.

She grew up on a mostly desert world so would survive here fine. Knowing nothing about the person down there though, Seo hoped he was a survivor too. More than that, she hoped he was alive. Bringing her ship down, it also encountered engine issues. Not enough to cause a crash, but enough to have her make a forced landing a little further away from the beacon than she had hoped.

Gathering her pack she took with her everywhere, it had all she would need to survive in the desert and she also brought an extra head scarf to give to whoever was crashed here. The night was coming on and not knowing what animals were out there, she went ahead and set up camp at her ship. It would provide any needed protection from the night animals and shelter from the chill weather that came in a desert.

If he had not noticed her incoming, Seo also set up a beacon of her own. It provided her location and if he could receive messages, he would know somebody else was here and where she could be found.

He wasted a good bit parsec in try to salvage the ship to hopefully flying or hovering condition but all in all, it seems been in vain. As from best he could fathom the power core got quite a hit along with one the main fuel line on the way down that it was unfortunately leaking. So that without a new fuel line and fuel despite there being half a charge in the power core enough fly it became apparent he was not going anywhere. And so with that in mind shifting his hope that the beacon deploys well despite his last minute tinkering. Which he'd hopefully didn't stray far for friends rather than unfriendly foe to pick up. That a rescue team could happen chance upon for a quick extraction from whatever plane he was in seeing as with how hard fast he drops. He didn't really have any clue or idea where he was given all the diversion and minute course correction he had to do in avoid or shake the tail he, unfortunately, pick up earlier. Which he had no one blame but himself being a tad bit nosy as he had slipped a quick detour from his appointed flight path. That he'd run into some trouble unexpectantly...

At any rate with seeming light fade as quickly as it had in the distance and the unfamiliar howls or noise from what he'd assume been. Local wildlife and fauna which he'd hope didn't involve Fyrnock which he'd heard enough stories from veteran ship captains. As nasty little bugers that sometimes frequent or could be found in place with a good long enough darkness or night cycles. Persistent as they were ravenous....not say the least cunningly smart that they were one you didn't dare want come face to face with.

As such with macrobinocollars he had on him that Ronin notice a fairly large heavy freighter up on the distance. Sort still intact it happens to jolt out the side of some rock outcrop a few clicks from his location. Which for him seem to offer a bit better safer location if need be to hold off till help arrived. And so pack up what bit gear he could before camouflaging the ship ensigma from any unwanted eyes. But leaving decent enough encrypted scribbles on the ship side for friends that happen find it. Coordinate follow to where he was holed out for now......as he waited out the night till hopefully help arrive. As he then began walking off towards the hills that he did little notice the distant pair of crimson eyes watches him from the then dark shadow to his flank.

Unaware that in the opposite direction help did come and was not head towards his crash site.....

Double checking her bag, Seo lowered the ramp of her ship to listen to the sound of life here. No intention to wander far from her ship until sunrise, she could safely listen to the animals. If any were to approach, all she would need to do is dash up the ramp and close it. It would keep them out and herself safe inside. However, that did not guarantee the person she was here for would be safe.

Not one to openly display her thoughts or emotions when she was with people, when she was alone, she was a little more free. Knowing there should only be one more person around, she let out a small growl of irritation. Finding him couldn't wait until the morning.

She knew the dangers of the desert night and decided she would need to start her search now. Going back onto her ship, she picked up a small radio. On it had the location marked of his beacon so she would stay going in the correct direction. If he were to actually attempt to make a live transmission, this radio would also pick up on it. However, it was only one way and she had no way to communicate with him.

Getting her bearings as she left her ship again, Seo closed the ramp and started walking in the direction of the beacon. According to her calculations, they weren't that far apart, but now it was much more dangerous here than it would be in the day. Desert animals came out at night, both prey and predators...

Listening though she picked up on the various sounds and calls. She would likely be safer than he would be. Her ability to mimic almost any sound heard came in helpful at times. If she could make herself sound more threatening than some predator stalking her, it would leave her alone.

Less than an hour of light left, the sky was darkening quickly and she continued on. Coming up on his crashed ship, she took out the light she carried with her and saw the markings he had left. By the time she had gotten there though, he was already gone and it was too dark to see the actual location he was heading to. Not wiping away the clues he had left, in case another rescue party came, she turned her attention out to the desert around her and his ship.

In the sand, she could clearly see which direction he had gone off in and she followed in his steps. Turning her light off, there would be enough light for her navigate and it would not draw any unwanted attention to her from the predators here. He wasn't so bright about it though and walked with his light. The Knight also had company...one of the predators had taken an interest and stalked him.

Still too far away for her to hear him, that animal should be able to hear her and the call she gave. It stopped in its tracks and appeared to turn and hiss at her. At least it was no longer stalking him.

If anything else outside the brief training gain thru his time spent with one the other Master Syn stalking and dispatching some unwanted wildlife in name research or the likes. Ronin was not one who did well out in the wild all by his lonesome thought he knew enough to get by. As if nothing else seems old memories that had slowly creep back had made him somewhat very uneasy at best. With the phantom fleeting images glimpsed seem ever so present haunted him so that he sort despise have been out thought at the same time. It no less gave him a sort peace to be out there where he could be alone and not have been bothered have to carry nor such the burden as it was he view it. Of pass wrongs as well regrets that had non less there despite his committing to the daily regiment or treatment make peace with it.

At any rate, it seems in the stillness and slowly creeping darkness that came envelop him so that he ends up. Reach into his pack for a glow stick which he cracks to activate it. Before peering ahead and assuming the ship be closed when it had not for it seem midst of deep thought and time spot it. He had not seemed account to add the effect of the desert on objects afar. As for no sooner that had the heat of the sun slowly melted away to be replaced by slowly increasing temperature of the cool desert night. That he comes to note that it was not so much as a small freighter but a mid-size one with a few cargo pods once attached to it and now left as true all over the hillside outcrop. Now aged and weather perhaps by the desert that its once bright red, blue or orange hue all but faded that it blended with the rockface outcrop hide it from sight. That is until he was all but midway to the path when from behind. He yet again heard the loud holler of some beast he assumed it is.

Communicating or simply coordinating to close in on the kill that was him he dare not say for sure. But was surely not one to think twice of the double tail it out there and not end up as-as part of their meal. As soon enough make good cover the distance to the ship. He then thankfully with the aid the force made it to the foothills. Glance up to take note that for the most part, the main hull appeared to be intact. And it was just a matter of maybe force jump his way up there to its roof. Where he hopes could locate a hatch from where to enter it.

With the attention of the desert animal on her now, it would give Ronin the opportunity to get to the safe location he was after. This left Seo to face the danger of this creature. Unclipping the saber from her belt, she held it in her hand, but did not ignite it. There were usually alternate methods of getting rid of pesky animals before killing them.

It had turned and hissed at her and stopped going after Ronin. With her eyes adjusted to the night light, Seo would see the shadow of it now. This being its home, it could probably see her better. Since its attention was on her now, Ronin might feel less threatened or that the attention he had moments before was gone.

She continued to move in the direction of the animal and Ronin. Letting out a call, but pitching her voice so it appeared to come from another direction, she hoped by making it seem there were more of these beasts, it would run. As she expected, it turned to face that new call and she embraced the Force. Sending a shove at it, it whirled around as it flew through the air to face the invisible attacker.

A third call from yet another direction came and again once it landed, it turned to face it. Another shove and that was that. Growling the beast ran away in the only direction open to it and disappeared into the night.

Not sensing any other hostile animals nearby, Seo reclipped her saber back to her belt and turned on the light she had brought with her. Since Ronin likely thought he was being tracked by two beasts, that light would tell him there was another sentient here and that he wasn't alone. Leaving it up to him to come down out of hiding though, she held the light so as not be blinded in the dark.

"You can come out. I am here to help."

It was then at that time with his attention distracted by the task of getting to the hopefully relative safety of the down ship ahead. That he for the moment seem oblivious to the fact just a few yards off to his flank that a battle had been fought. That is till later his sense somehow pick up on faint scuffle of the beast footfalls. As odd call from the distance sounded cause him for moment hurry his step foward. Propelled by images of the beast he'd once been told or heard of but then again.

His hurried step was not so much due so much to fear but for a different reason. One which thankfully with his time spent with Master Syn he had to retain to find some purpose or use at that time. That being the lesson on tactical advantage wherein when face with uncertain numbers it would be advice seek a higher or secure elevation if one could. A lesson thought seems simple had at best been learn well thru hands-on training coupled with a couple so scar earns that time.

And so in time halfway close to the down ship hull where seeing it sort intact.....from what he could fathom see from the surface. That he turn call a blaster to one hand and saber in the other. Tuck clip the glow stick to his waste in order face what it was stalking him. Expecting it be a beast some sort to be only dissapointed note a figure standing there. For whom he calls out....

"...Friend or Foe?"

It was then as he awaited a response it seems beast stalk them whily as they were cunning was not so much deter against the attack, Rather had only fallen back to alert call upon the rest of the pack. Who once assembled came to regroup in an order set off on a counter..... One which both of them could definitely not missed. At which case fear the worse he then called back to the figure lit by the lone light as he then takes few steps rushes to try pry open a hatch door. Then turn towards the figure... he waves his hand as if to notion whoever was inside.

While unfamiliar with this planet and its animals, Seo knew they weren't going to stay gone for long. Typical of predator beasts, this one would attempt to bring company next time and she wasn't sure if she could deal with more than one.

Her voice carried up to Ronin and he stopped to turn around an ask if she was friend or foe. Not giving away any detail in her body language, she had already said she was here to help. She did answer though.

"Friend. What have you found?"

Holding her light so it pointed away from her, she shined it upward to the ship and then back to the feet area of Ronin. It wasn't nice to shine the light in his eyes and cause him to be night blind.

"Jedi Knight Seo Linn. Those animals will probably come back before long."

It was then when he heard voice....her voice state she was a friend rather than a foe that he sort relax a bit. As he sort could help but give a faint grin upon hearing her name that soon began sightly fade upon hearing a lone how at first that soon followed by couple more in the opposite direction.

" Well, guess that one the few good news I've heard so far...Jedi Knight Seo Linn.....name Ronin and as much wish could chat. But then again reckon your right....whatever those things are they ain't back down just yet it see."

And just like that with the small hatch open he then drops the glow stick first seem in hope make sure there was none those things down there. Which thankfully was so at which time he then drop down. With saber draw and using the glow of its blade to illuminate their surrounding make sure the coast was really clear before motioning her down. To which once she did use the force he then pulls the hatch closed before turn the latch lock it down as he slowly began to look around seeing that they appear to be in some sort cargo bay where all about a few crates can be seen strewn about.

And just then no sooner had he taken a step that wild howls along with sound claw scrape at the hatch could be heard. Which sort made him take a step back a bit where unaware with strange surrounding they found themselves in. That right behind him was a small damage porthole window. Whereby some means a clawed paw broke thru and inflicting a gash upon his back. cause him to turn. Then aim with his blaster shoot at the paw that slowly reels back as cry whimper growl followed before silence. At which time Ronin slightly stumbles to one knee onto one the crates with blaster still drawn. Thought no less visibly fight between the sear pain of his injury and curse under his breath at the beast that lurks outside stalk them.

Raising a hand a moment too late, Seo closed her eyes a moment and jumped down into the ship with Ronin. Better in than out in this case as the sound resumed of the animals that had been stalking him returned. More in number, but not so close as they had been before. That distance wouldn't last though.

Lighting up the interior of the cargo bay, Seo was able to look around and see the broken window behind Ronin. Of course, the sound of the animals scratching at the opening they had come through distracted him enough that he back to close to it. A clawed paw came through the scratched his shoulder. Luckily the walls weren't ones that blaster shots would ricochet off of. He turned and fired at that paw which brought out a howl of pain from the animal. It ran away and the sounds outside for the moment died away.

"Let me look at the wound."

Not one to mince words often and without need, Seo walked over to Ronin and waited for him to lean forward so she could check the scratch out.

"You're going to need stitched. I only have wrappings and can use those until we can find some clean supplies to patch you up."

Taking her pack off her back, she opened it and quickly found the items she had to deal with injuries and would place them on his back if he allowed her to. Her hearing was also paying attention to any sounds outside.

"They are coming back. Obviously they think we are dinner."

It was then no sooner had the claws dug deep into his flesh that it somehow triggered his mind into a fit of rage. One which seems face with her being there in close proximity seems for a moment draw him out of the moment. Enough so that however tempting it was given in to the emotion seeing her standing there with blaster draw aim at him...or what he thought was a blaster? But in a way could very well been just an illusion brought upon by the pain or something else? As phantom memories from the past came to tempt cloud his mind that is until....her seem calm collective demeanor. Along with her affinity to force as it helped as with blaster move aim to send shot past him and into the beast paw. Cause it to yelp in pain while he then able shake past dark hold. As she then with him knelt before she spoke unknowingly drop the blaster he earlier had in hand to the side.

"Let me look at the wound."

To which he seems complied slightly lean foward and twisting to one side thought pain shot thru his core. Enough so that she no less not sugar coat it spoke directly and plainly at her as he seems spoke.

"So?

And to which as he tried to keep himself steady balancing on one knee in order not keel over despite the pain wracked his body.

"You're going to need stitching. I only have wrappings and can use those until we can find some clean supplies to patch you up."

To which seem between the pain and rage he felt ebb like the tide within him that he spoke. Seem lost in the moment and not quite able think much of it that he sits in the middle of the room. Before proceeding slip his shirt off in order hopefully make it easy for her patch him up. As all around the clawing of the beast could be heard.

"They are coming back. Obviously, they think we are dinner."

And he seems though feel a bit hazy from both the pain along with the strain of try hold back the shadow influence in him seem in jest replied as if to lighten the moment.

" Are they ? Well let them try and will see who'd dinner...."

She was an observer and could tell there was something additional disturbing Ronin. What it was, she didn't know, but since she had been able to closely look at his body, she sat back on her heals.

"We have seen each other before. No way I wouldn't know that body. Beach party encounter?"

Not surprised he might be in shock from the pain, what his other problem was she couldn't know. Unless those claws had some sort of poison in them, he should be fine. Just another scar to tell stories about to his children.

"Will you be able to help fend them off?"

It was going to be one long night for them. Unless he came up with some other idea about getting them out of this ship, they were as safe as they could be. The latch above them was locked from the inside, Seo made sure of that by wedging some pry bar through the open circle. Those beasts would have to tear it off before getting in. The broken window was another matter. So far they did not appear to be small enough to fit through, just a paw.

It was then as deep as the darkness within he all but had knowingly or unknowingly kept bottled up within him. Take advantage of the moment toy or play trick with his mind with distorting the images he was seeing. Perhaps hope against hope that maybe....just maybe they could either win him over back to them or drive a wedge between him and the other trap with him. Someone who for as much they could fathom caught their ire as she seems affecting him in ways they least expected.

"We have seen each other before. No way I wouldn't know that body. Beach party encounter?"

Competition or just a passing annoyance much like the rest? But just the same the darkness dare not let is displeasure in having her presence there know to him. By shooting a phantom sear shot of pain course thru his back....coincide with flashes of dark memories. Which seem did the trick to momentary draw him in as such caused him slightly mumble under his breath. Words within the ancient tongue that one could easily remise or discount as a mear hint of a troubled mind on the brink of breaking. Or simply just an after effect or delusion brought forth by the injury inflicted by the mysterious beast. But then again upon hearing her voice again soft as it seemed to hint on some sense of recognition. That he seems able to pull back just enough to himself reply.

" Dunno....maybe? Unless...you were at that beach party at Kashhyyk a while back.....then probably yes....."

A faint smile seemed to cross his face as if meant to mask the pain and troubles soul lurking within him. One which given the chance still struggled with some personal demons from his past. At which time flash a slight smirk on his face as if seem meant to lighten the mood he hoped. Figuring judging from the howls and scratching that could be heard from the outside. Those beast were not just about give up as she then seems to come to realize. To which feeling her gentle touch brush cross his back as she worked to patch up the scratch on his back.

"Will you be able to help fend them off?"

To which he then shifting his gaze across to the opposite side of the room. When one large thud could be heard followed by a much louder howl and scratch.....

"yeah sure... no worry its just a scratch.....it's.....it's you that I am worried about.....how are you holding up? Thought I hope if my assumption is right we just need to hold off till day break....whatever or however long that would be here wherever we are."

Not feeling the wound was great enough to cause shock, Seo listened to what Ronin muttered under his breath. Words she did not know the meaning to, but still seemed to touch on a memory of her own. The great library of Lorrd that had been sacked by the Shrouded Republic at the end of the Dominion had held a great many treasures. Holocrons, datacrons and other means to learn things.

It was at the library she had head this language before. Not having a codex to break it so she could understand what it was, Seo had never learned how to speak it. The phase passed over him and he came back to the present. Answering with a question of his own, Seo nodded.

"Yes, I was at that party."

Finishing up with the bandaging, she would motion for him to replace his shirt and sat back on her heels to look at him silently before asking her question.

"What language did you just speak and what did you say?"

Her eyes looked to what equated to the porthole and waited for his answer. No paws, claws or any sign of the animals came from it. Instead they were still focused on the opening they had come through.

"I'm not the one that got sliced by a wild animal. Just fine, thank you for asking. I don't think the night will last as long as you think since it appears that maybe we are in what passes for spring or fall on this planet."

It was for a momentary pause in between the ebbing tide of pain and rage it causes within him. That he could help briefly let words or some in that effect cross his lips under his breath. Some which he'd presumed had passed her notice as he'd heard her reply.

"Yes, I was at that party."

But it seems he was no sooner proven wrong as no sooner had she'd done bandaging his back.

"What language did you just speak and what did you say?"

Notion him as he did so slowly slip his shirt on and try not respond outright. Watch her carefully peer thru the porthole where the beast broke thru and reply.

"I'm not the one that got sliced by a wild animal. Just fine, thank you for asking. I don't think the night will last as long as you think since it appears that maybe we are in what passes for spring or fall on this planet."

Which he sort smirk thought still somewhat in pain replied back.

"Well, true then again I would take a wild guess you haven't tried training under Master Syn....got thru worse scrape back then than this. And if anything glad hears your fine.....cuz' well I would hate to think if you weren't. But just same hope your right cuz...."

Glancing round that he came note and sort piece together where they were.

"...soon we get daylight. We could maybe take a peek at both our ship see which would be salvageable. And then rummage thru this cargo hold see if we can't maybe round up some parts for repairs...."

He then pauses and after careful thought that he eventually decide reply.

" And well as for what I said earlier....though not sure if it counts as a language but in a way I guess does. Just the same was of my father teaching infused spoken in mother tongue. A sorta mantra help focuse one mind to calm...."

For a Jedi Seo was rather cold and distant. Not without emotions, but not one to openly display them. Nor was she really empathic. There were times when her words or actions would indicate this.

"No, I haven't ever actually met Master Syn or very many Jedi of the Order. I don't stay in one place long enough to make friends. However, I do consider every Silver to be family in a way and will do whatever I can to help them. Same goes for those that need aid. Right now I think you should take it easy and rest. I'm not a healer, but I might have some pain relief in my bag."

Motioning to a crate left in the middle of the room, it was away from the broken window and those animals wouldn't be able to force open the top they had come through. Getting into her bag again, she brought out a package of herbs and offered him just a pinch.

"Put this under your tongue and suck on it. It shouldn't take too long to work and will at least relax you."

Putting the bag away, she sat back on her heels and looked at Ronin, but her focus wasn't on him. After only hearing what he spoke once, Seo would attempt to imitate him exactly. After making a small display of her skill, she lost that look of focus and her attention was put on him again.

"What does it mean exactly? If I'm going to be speaking your mother tongue I think I should know."

It was at that time that while the two conversed that he couldn't help sense her be a bit rather cold and distant. At first, which he sort made sense to him given that they had barely had time for a proper meet let alone been stalked by some wild beast in the process he figures would make anyone bit off say the least of the other. But just same he soon replied thought not want sound distant as well.

"Well, then I guess it's for the better as if anything Master Syn can be quite tough says the least his method of teaching can be. Shall we say unconventional say the least as it is quite hands-on...though guess when we do get back? Maybe we can well maybe hang out....be friends? Maybe can both get know bit more Master or member in the order? Seeing I guess be least can do for you...given how much you seem had done for me already."

At which time he pauses and though still in a bit of pain extend a hand onto her shoulder with a slight grin on his face. As he then following her lead sat by one the crates in midst of the room away from the shattered window but still at arm's length from the hatch they came in thru. With his sense still on high alert against any possible offense move from the beast outside. At which time sitting there a tad bit unsure what it was she seem to dig out her bag and had soon pinched some packaged herb onto his open hand.

"Put this under your tongue and suck on it. It shouldn't take too long to work and will at least relax you."

She then came to say to which with a slight shrug and smirk replied.

" Well, ok if you reckon it'll help with the pain....."

With that, he then places the herb in his mouth as she instructed and no sooner had he done so that he came suddenly feel some its effect hit him quickly make him lean back a bit. And then flex his back a bit as if seem to rationalize what the sensation he was feeling as the herbs did its intended effect on him.

"...Well, guess you weren't kidding as that sure pack quite a hit."

At which time feeling a faint wave of sense the herb hit him in waves that he then slowly slip down off the box to then come to sit on the floor. A bit relax that he was earlier and with a bit of the edge of the pain dampen. He is able and back onto the crate while seated turn to her as she came to speak. Leaning over as she sat back onto her heels. Seem in a way appear to try copy or mumble as best he could surmise at the time given the effect the herb on him that she spoke.

"What does it mean exactly? If I'm going to be speaking your mother tongue I think I should know."

At which time as calm and relax as he seems been with the herb having all but completely taken effect on him. That he turned his head towards her reply. Uttering the words a second time as he had earlier.

"Well far I know or was told by him was that it may not hold one exact image or understanding to it for most but the meaning is clearly of one ideal. Which is the mind believes what the heart draws to believe...."

While she looked through her bag and brought out the pain reliever, she listened to what Ronin said about Master Syn. Handing him the herbs and allowing him to put them under his tongue, she nodded as she said one thing to that.

"Maybe a bit like a sith in his teaching? Everybody has their own method so who am I to question it? Not a way I could learn or teach though."

A thoughtful look actually showed on her face as she considered the next part of what he said. His physical touch was odd to her, but Seo assumed it was either his personality or he was in a form of shock from the scratch.

"I assume you know more members? I know two others only. Master DragonsFlame and Knight Varindar Asyt. That would be nice. Not so much because you feel you owe me. You don't."

Giving him a shadow of a smile, the corners of her lips turned up just slightly. That small pinch would pack a punch it was why she had given him only a little bit.

"If you were to take more, it would likely put you to sleep. A good thing about this herb, you can't get addicted to it. At least I have not heard of anybody that has. Your mind stays sharp, just takes the edge off the pain and relaxes muscled."

Her hand was out to steady him as he almost fell off the box and as he climbed back up on it. It was then she imitated him and had his full attention. She may not have pitch perfect, but it was surprisingly good. Repeating it a second time, she was much closer this time and nodded when he said what he was lead to believe what it meant.

"What does your heart believe?"

It was with that moment of momentary lull quite time for the two in midst of an earlier fight. As it seems the beast having their fill of the fight for now retreated to lick their wound and regroup if one could surmise. And it was at that time that the two began to converse.

"Maybe a bit like a sith in his teaching? Everybody has their own method so who am I to question it? Not a way I could learn or teach though."

She then replied to his response which from his point of view help in slowly giving him a slightly decent intro peek into her. As he then slowly began to seem to warm up and become at ease with her presence in a way. As she to him began to appear less of some random stranger for whom drew him in. For if nothing less, being one none to openly converse acquainting himself with others. Given his history and somewhat unstable emotion stem from not only his return. But personal relation he'd had since that most part, had only either faded or not turn out as well one would hope. As such he'd been at best guarded as he was distant to others...which oddly enough was not so much with her.

As he then said nothing much but none the less continued on with their conversation. No less take note of how thought uncertain if anything how her face looks. As a thoughtful look came across her face as she seems to look to have been contemplating words he said next. Added to which was the fact that when with a touch brought out by the initial surge of it washed thru him. That to him was not something of his personality....that is from what he'd know of himself around other at which case he came to assume. Or attributed to perhaps the mix of shock and slow decrease in the surge of adrenaline brought on by the attack. At which time shrug of this idea forming in his thought at that time aside as conversation wore on.

"I assume you know more members? I know two others only. Master DragonsFlame and Knight Varindar Asyt. That would be nice. Not so much because you feel you owe me. You don't."

To which he could only shrug in response.

"Well I do...know few people or members thought some if not most sad to say is not for a good reason. Seeing as am never one be as one would say ....an ace student. And I did have my share of misadventure or run in which seem to gain me a few new faces to meet or come know in time. Of which thought am not sure but have to say name sound familiar. THought not quite sure how or where...but I would've like to meet them once we get back. Owe you or not...guess it would be nice be able to."

It then took notice shadow of a smile that came across her lips, with the corner of her lips turned slightly into a smile rather than perhaps a frown of worry from earlier. None the less made him smirk a bit as the effect the drug slowly began take hold and he figured to take his time. In openly speaking his mind in worry or doubt if left unguarded what if any he could end up saying. Without careful thought, as he then soon kinda learn would seem been a wise decision given what she says next.

"If you were to take more, it would likely put you to sleep. A good thing about this herb, you can't get addicted to it. At least I have not heard of anybody that has. Your mind stays sharp, just takes the edge off the pain and relaxes muscled."

And in time as the night sort wore on as did the conversation where asked of faint words spoken earlier. Where he responded as best he could that she then continued on follow thru ask.

"What does your heart believe?"

And in turn, seem either from the moment or the herbs replied.

"... I guess that despite all the shadow or darkness looming over the universe...along with much I myself had known. One can never lose hope....good or bad things will be as they should one way or another."

At which time with either from building heighten fear of pass loss or the lingering underlying anger that beast attack brought out of him. That he for once spoke though try hard to let none of it show along with the fact look at her face Ronin couldn't help but be drawn to her. For whatever reason be it gratitude or something else seem for now eluded him and not wanting to embarrass himself in front of her too much he did his best keep it under wraps.

"But in any case without knowing if or when those things might come back. I reckon think we best least get some rest and maybe take shifts...till hopefully, daybreak comes soon. And to that, I would rather take the first shift. ....you rest and I'll wake you in a bit?"

Since things outside had calmed down and his scratch had been tended to. They were able to relax slightly and just talk. Seo wasn't on to over speak and kept most of her conversation short. That didn't mean it was rude or anything negative, just her nature.

Ronin admitted he knew a few more members, but their meetings may not have been under the best circumstances. He mentioned he hadn't been an ace student and that was something Seo understood. She hadn't been a top student, but had gotten by just fine. Science was her best class and then history, when she got older she had ended up being an archivist in the library on Lorrd.

After her life there had ended with the fall of the Dominion, she had joined the Silvers and become a wanderer. That had lead her on a few adventures and here. She gave him this information in the course of their conversation and actually smiled lightly when he said it would be nice if he could take her out after they returned.

When he did get to answering her question, he was drawn to her. Even going so far as to lean forward slightly. Being able to read the body though, this was a detail Seo did not miss. He did his best to keep control and he did well, but it was clear to her.

Looking at him closely, not pulling away and giving any real sign she had even noticed, Seo would make an observation.

"You're not like the typical Jedi. What makes you different?"

At the suggestion of taking shifts, Seo did give him a small smile and got into her bag again. Walking over to the broken window, she hung some metal tools up over the opening. Once that was done, she nudged them slightly to fill the cargo area with the chime of them hitting together. Looking up at the cargo door they had jumped into the ship from, she made a bending motion with her hands and made sure nothing was going to be getting in through there either.

She walked back over to her bag and brought out a light cover. Laying down on the hard floor she spread it out and motioned for Ronin to join her.

"I don't think they will be coming back and we both need rest. You are welcome to join me."

This could be the opportunity to see just how much control they both had...
