The hierarchy/rankings sound a bit beige in my opinion. I propose something like:

President --> Boss
Vice-President --> Captain or Lieutenant
Secretary --> Counselor or Consigliere
Treasurer --> Officer or Quartermaster
Sergeant at Arms --> Whip, Intimidator, Bull

Every full member is a brother or sister. There are also non-member associates who the syndicate can contract out to.

There can also be specific titles for various jobs that members specialize in (assassin, enforcer, splicer etc)

Just a suggestion, of course Feel free to add more ideas
