It isn't abundantly clear, there is no military assistance agreement with the Silver Jedi Order or Mandalorians as-of-yet. Though they may have arrangements with the Jedi Order, it does not presently extend to the Republic Military due to a lack of formal request in the appropriate procedure from SJO or Mandalorians.
In summary if you are a Republic Military Officer aiding anyone other than an established ally with permission and utilizing either authority granted to you by the Republic Military by virtue of your rank OR Republic assets...you are wrong and should cease to do so rather expeditiously.

Edit: The only major government we currently have an established cooperative relationship with is OP. Others might potentially be added in the future, but it will be made clear to the entire faction should that transpire/be approved by Aurelia.
