- Dual-Crystal: Two separate crystals are housed within. One of Kyber, one of Entropite. Kahlil can, with a flip of a switch, change between the crystals and essentially go from lethal to non lethal.
- Bifurcating cyclical-ignition pulse: Valery's work as a Jedi Shadow requires her to be able to infiltrate in almost any type of environment, underwater environments included. For this reason, Kahlil copied his wife. She knows what she's doing.
- Ion Energy Cell: The cell makes the weapon far more effective against shields, droids, and cybernetically enhance people and armor.
- Non-Lethal: Being a Jedi, Kahlil always wants to put sparing a life first. With the addition of an Entropite crystal, he can do just that.
- Bifurcating cyclical-ignition pulse: Due to this upgrade, Kahlil can use his lightsaber underwater.
- Lightsteel Hilt: In a twist of fate, trying to utilize his Sith Steel dagger shattered the weapon and purified the metal. It kept it's ability to block lightsabers, but lost it's ability to absorb Lightning. Instead, it can absorb Light.
- Dual-Crystal: One kills, the other stuns. He has to actively switch between them, which in a high speed duel to the death takes precious seconds that could cost him life or the life of another.
- Directed EMP/Ion: While the lightsaber has protection against interference, directed EMP or Ion attacks have the ability to knock components such as the Bifurcating cyclical-ignition pulse offline.
- Specialized Blade: While good at messing with circuitry and shields, it has a harder time cutting through tougher materials like Beskar than other lightsabers.
A Jedi was never supposed to loose their lightsaber. Unfortunately for Kahlil, he couldn't help but loose his during the battle of Tython. But, in a twist of fate in his fight against Kyrel, Kahlil purified his Sith Steel Dagger. The result was catastrophic for the blade, shattering the steel apart. But with what remained of the hilt, he was able to reforge it into a proper lightsaber hilt. That, and his new crystal, has become his newest Lightsaber. Hopefully his last, but given the constant warfare against the Maw and his own family, he highly doubts it will be his last.
