- Description: A home built into a remote cliffside, sporting vibrant red bricks and faded blue tile roofs. A Gondola provides quick travel from the cliffside to the ground.

- Living Quarters: Five rooms. One Master, four small. This was where Dillon Kai'el and his family once lived, but the rooms have been converted into temporary storage all aside from the Master.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
This home was built by Dillon Kai'el after the Mandalorian Wars, where he and his family lived before his eventual capture by hunters and encasing in carbonite. It was a simple dwelling, with living space, a terrarium for gardening, and a chamber for meditation and basic force training. Ultimately, Dillon's descendants would continue to live in the home and keep it up to date. By the modern era, the estate would be inherited by Jastile Kai'el, who used the building as an early base of operations for his genetic research, though none of his equipment remains in the structure by the present. When going into exile, Jastile would abandon the home, leaving it for 17 years to the elements, which has left the building dirty, though structurally sound. Jasper would later discover the existence of the estate while going through his creator's research notes, setting off to Sacorria and claiming ownership of it. The estate is notable for having a unique Gondola system that ferry's visitors up to it's cliffside location.
