- Description: A family lineage that can trace it's roots all the way back to the ancient Je'daii Order. They are greatly disconnected in the modern era, but a few closely related individuals remain as a unit. The symbol that marks them was made by Dillon Kai'el in the age of the Mandalorian Wars, sporting the cog of Tho Yor to call back to the ancestry of the family.

- Domain: Saccoria. They dwell in an unpopulated and remote part of the planet, separated from the rest of the population.

- Membership: Membership is limited to only members of the Kai'el bloodline genetically, or those taken in via adoption or relationship. OOC, I do not plan on adding any members frequently, but a few exceptions could be made if there is interest on my end as a writer.

- Reputation: The family has gone under the radar do to it's disconnected nature and small size, but Jasper Kai'el has brought the name some attention through notable public service and his rise to membership on the Jedi council.

The Kai'el Family is an old one, started long ago in the era of the Je'daii, being one of the many families to emerge from the Force Wars of Tython. While a name, the family wouldn't exist as an official unit, not until after the Mandalorian Wars. Dillon Kai'el, a Revanchist who settled down after the war, gave the family a symbol in hopes of making it a more cohesive unit, along side giving the family an official home on Sacorria. After his capture and subsequent time lost in carbonite, however, the family would not grow much larger than one main unit at any given time. By the modern era, only one of Dillon's descendants, Jastile Kai'el, would actively maintain the family estate. While the family has faded from relative prominence, the exploits of Jasper Kai'el, councilmember of the New Jedi Order, has brought the name back into the public eye, and the clone of Jastile has begun to maintain the family estate after the passing of his template.
