BIOGRAPHY:
Kaiya was born into a minor noble family. The Inoue family ran a moderately successful shipping business that was frequently used by the royal houses. Though minor, they were often invited to royal functions due to her great grandfather's service to Emperor Kayhoshi. Kaiya was thus raised as a "lady" though she always had lofty goals and often caused trouble for her siblings. On her 18th birthday the First Order took Atrisia from the people and the Inoue family's shipping business was dismantled. Their noble status stripped away and their main source of income gone her father went into severe debt, shattering the family and forcing them to move into the slums of the Imperial City.

The family fell into debt with Reki, one of the oldest criminal organizations on the planet. Kaiya thus fell in, running messages and jobs. On one of those runs she delivered a message to the rebel group Dragon Lotus. After a harrowing delivery where she was able to avoid and fight off two First Order stormtroopers she was offered a position as a courier for the group.
