Sheltered daughter of a Garosian politician and Tarisian woman who fled a painful past. Her Force-sensitivity was discovered early in life, but kept from her. This was believed to be inherited from her grandmother who died fighting the Bryn. The only other Force-users that Kalira’s mother has ever know was her son, who she believes to have died as a child, and the son’s father who abandoned her. As such Kalira has been sequestered from the galaxy and only has her parents, half-sister Blazinda and the household staff to socialize with until she learns that her half-brother is not dead. She is emboldened by this news and runs away from home to join the galaxy.
