HISTORY
Kaljak Rakham was born on Borgo Prime, the child of an unknown human pirate and a Theelin escort. His mother abandoned him as soon as he was old enough to fend for himself, leaving him to survive in the shadowport's dangerous streets. Forced into a life of pickpocketing, Kaljak quickly became skilled at theft but often found himself in trouble with the port's criminal underworld. His mixed heritage, marked by mottled Theelin skin, made him an outcast, but it also gave him a fierce determination to rise above his circumstances.
At 13, Kaljak's luck ran out when he attempted to steal from Tortu Rakham, a Quarren pirate captain of the Scarlet Armada. Instead of killing him, Tortu made Kaljak work off his debt aboard her flagship, the Red Verminoth. Over time, Tortu recognized his potential and began teaching him the art of piracy, from ship combat to negotiation. She eventually adopted him as her son, and Kaljak thrived under her mentorship, proving himself as a daring and loyal member of the crew.
When Tortu retired, Kaljak took command of the Scarlet Armada and transformed it into a feared pirate fleet. His charismatic leadership and strategic mind expanded their influence across the Outer Rim, earning the loyalty of his crew and the dread of their enemies.
Recently, Kaljak secured an alliance with the Haxion Brood, agreeing to eliminate their enemies in exchange for lucrative plunder. The partnership has elevated the Scarlet Armada's status in the galactic underworld, solidifying Kaljak's place as a rising power among the galaxy's most dangerous factions.
