Due to its very dangerous and quite unstable nature, the production, distributions, and purchases of the weapon is heavily monitored and regulated. The weapon is served for extreme occassions, however, due to the extremely high power it needs, the danger of friendly fire, and the dishonorable notion it carries amongst the Mandalorian Enclave. Using the mode on other Mandalorians is considered an outrageous sin. The weapon found its niche in Enclave's special forces, assassins, and eccentric Karjr.
