Kara was born in the city-state of Duranna on the planet Latharra. Durrana was a city built around a large old mining facility that was built by the crime syndicate who originally occupied the planet. While Kara was growing up, a mining corporation began to rise in Duranna that pushed for more corporate control in the city-state, promising that they would create opportunities for the common people to prosper as they prospers. Most of the people didn't know better, so they supported the corporations rise to power.
In Kara's adulthood, the corporations practically had control of the entire city-state through controlling what people heard through news and stuff like that. They influenced who was able to rise to power in all things, including politics, which is where Kara comes in. Kara was always interested in politics, hoping to one day have a platform where she could help people. Growing up in the propaganda of the corporations, she fully believed more corporate control in the city-state would help the city, which is what she focused on when she ran for Senator of Duranna. Since her ideals aligned with the corporations, they made sure she was elected, which wasn't hard because many people liked her focus on helping the little people. Now she's trying her best to help her city-state, not realizing she's actually just helping the corporations.

Kara's long brown hair is usually brushed neatly but left untied to freely flow behind her. When she goes out she wears light makeup and a few pieces of jewelry; usually just a pair of earrings and a necklace. Her normal attire consists of what you would normally see a senator wearing.

Strengths
- Kind: Being a kind person in politics helps Kara to really relate to the people under her. She is able to build a personal and caring relationship with everyone she works with and for.
- Honest: Being that politics is one big game of deception, Kara often gets ahead of her competition by being honest with her people and being true to her word.
- Ambitious: Kara has big dreams of helping her city-state, and planet, prosper in many ways. She's always thinking of new ways to improve the lives of her people.
Weaknesses
- Too Trusting: Kara's biggest flaw is that she's too trusting of people. While that wouldn't always be a bad thing, Kara will often believe something someone says without even a reason to do so. That can be a bad thing if someone is trying to trick her.
- Reckless: Kara often will act on her big ideas without thinking them through.
