Biography:
Karen Valerie Roberts was born in 820 ABY to a poor young woman on the lost colonies of Corellia. Her mother was still very very young, enrolled in university, and was without the needful support of her far-flung family members. So Karen's poor mother gave up the child for adoption soon thereafter. In the years to come the child was presented for recruitment into a nearby Order of Light-sided Force Users and warmly accepted. Here she grew to womanhood in a manner very similar to the traditional Jedi training that was practiced before the Great Darkness. She became an instrument of the Force.
At the age of twenty four, Karen Roberts and fellow Adept, Grant Pherson, traveled to Coruscant in search of adventure. They were married soon thereafter. With marriage came new responsibilities as well as old ones. Coruscant would serve as a Rally Point for many Jedi Knights throughout the galaxy and Karen was no different. She and Grant quickly joined a volunteer group of Jedi Engineers and Allied Forces looking to rebuild and reorganize this broken metropolis. Karen was attached to the Alta City Division 03 of the newly minted Jedi Service Corps (JSC) within the first year of her arrival planet-side. Indeed. Karen become one of the early members of the new 'Jedi Order of Tython' alongside Jedi Masters, Teferi Effret and Ben Watts. Here she would quickly cement herself, and the Jedi Service Corps, as one of the main building and renovations services on the planet. Together with their new found Jedi Order, she and Grant would build a brighter future for the galaxy. And build they did.
What follows us into the present are the countless adventures and wild escapades of a girl named Karen Valerie Roberts. Later known as Saint Monica of New Prosperity. A Light of the Force.
