PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION

Karl Von Strauss cuts a sharp, authoritative figure, tall, broad-shouldered, and composed like a man carved from the foundations of a crumbling empire. His posture speaks of military precision, every movement calculated and deliberate, yet there's a weariness in his gait; a quiet echo of battles hard-won and losses deeply felt. A sleek, cybernetic prosthetic replaces his left leg, a remnant of the brutal campaign in the Tingel Arm. Though it functions seamlessly, a subtle stiffness in his stride betrays the phantom pain that sometimes haunts him.

His face is stern with calculating eyes that miss nothing. They are a pale grey-blue, sharp, intelligent, and unyielding. His hair, once the color of dirty blonde, finds itself streaked with platinum, neatly combed back to reflect both discipline and legacy. His face is always clean-shaven, a nod to his respect for certain decorum.

Karl favors uniforms of functional elegance. He normally wears a dark purple, almost black, military tunic with a high collar embossed with pure black metallic sigils of the Imperial Confederation's Parliament. When not in his uniform, he dresses plainly but with purpose, favoring long coats and gloves, each item chosen with care to conceal his status rather than flaunt it. Yet even dressed down, he cannot help but exude command.

He smells faintly of cold metal, ozone, and the dry, biting scent of starship fuel. He is a man who belongs in the depths of the engineering department rather than in the politicking chambers of power. And yet, when he speaks as the Exarch, it is with a calm and steady cadence, measured and composed, each word landing with the weight of experience and the subtle manipulation of someone who knows when to play the fool and when to play the king.
