Katara was born into the year of the Krayt Dragon. Dragon people are the most eccentric in the Zodiac. Soaring high into the serene heavens, they can be stubborn, passionate, excitable, honest, and quick to anger. Loyalty and trust are an earned basis only, and are constantly being reevaluated. They listen to their own drummer while the rest of the galaxy stands in amazement. People always admire their individuality and feisty personality. Dragons are capable of doing great work for mankind and they inspire trust in almost everyone. The Dragon symbolizes life and growth, and is said to bring the five blessings: harmony, virtue, riches, fulfillment, and longevity.
APPEARANCE:
Shoulder length red-gold tresses adorn the tall, lithe and athletic Corellisi. Her bright steely blue eyes can cut right through you or melt you into a puddle where you stand. Dressed any where from dressy to casual on a daily basis depending on her day, Kat prefers to wear bodysuit/jacket combos that are made of a light armor weave type flexible material that are blast resistant, but not proof especially at short range when working as a security consultant.
BIOGRAPHY:
Katara is the only child of Corellians Jack and Sasha Starkos, born in Coronet City, Corellia. They had a happy little family until Sasha suddenly got sick and died when Katara was ten leaving the grizzled CorSec agent to raise his daughter alone.
The fiery redhead followed in her father's footsteps, attending the CorSec Academy post secondary school. She excelled as a marksman and was a pretty decent slicer as well, graduating in the top of her academy class.
"Red" was assigned first to a patrol unit as most rookie agents were, then made her way onto the coveted Strategic Response Unit (SRU) with hard work and dedication that she was known for. That is where she first meet Jedi Knight Judah Lesan on a joint mission. They immediately developed a rapport and by the time the mission was over, the two had an undeniable chemistry. Though, duty called and a shared goodbye kiss was all that transpired between them at that time. The kiss though had sparked something deep within each of them. After some time had passed, the two found each other again to build on what was started despite the standard Jedi Code's attachment provision as they were two halves that made a whole.
Judah and Kat married in secret, then made a home together on Corellia up in the mountains near Coronet Peak where they could raise and train their Force-Sensitive son soon to come along, Judah Jr., in peace and relative safety, and still allow the Telosian Jedi, a Shadow, his freedom to come and go as he needed to.
Sadly for the Lesans and millions of other Corellians, Corellia was destroyed making it inhabitable during the galactic event, but luckily for them they found a new place to call home - Naboo. Judah and Katara bought an estate vineyard in foreclosure that had an old winery attached to it. Restarting the winery under a new name, Chateau Le Star began it's debut in the winemaking business.
Well retirement from the galactic war didn't last for long. With the One Sith getting bolder and taking more of the galaxy for their own, Judah joined the Silver Jedi as did their son, JJ, while Katara helped when needed. She continues to manage the estate vineyard while doing private security on the side.
