Auction KC Divestment Auction[Krayt Industries]

Handsome K'lor'slug
Kuhn Consolidated has announced a series of Divestment auctions purging the corporations of several of its current stock holdings.
The first of these auctions is for the sale of Thirty Percent ownership of the corporation Krayt Industries. The companies current majority stock holder [member="Taeli Rae"] has been successfully running the corporation for some time, and Kuhn Consolidated feels as though it is time to part ways with its stake in the company.
All bids are welcome, Barter preferred over Credits.

To immediately just buy back her company's stock, Taeli offered the immediate transfer of the Bilbringi shipyards to Titan Industries, along with a payment of forty million credits

To Alric Kuhn, Taeli Rae.

Would it be possible for Emeritus Industries to buy a 10% share in Krayt Industries?

To Miss Alicia Drey

While I cannot speak for Miss Rae, if the offer is good enough Kuhn Consolidated would be more than happy to sell portions of its current stock holdings. However as the current bidding stands it would have to be a very good offer.

Arakyd Industries is willing to offer Kuhn Consolidated Nightshadow. In particular, my corporation will gladly provide this anti-sensor coating to any vessels upon request; no charge, no questions.

In addition, we also bid fifty million credits.

- Isley Verd, CEO of Arakyd Industries

::I will offer 65 million credits plus 25% energy rights from all geothermal productions on Sarapin, siphoned directly from One Sith Lines. Titan Industries will never want for energy again.: The offer was far from anonymous, the Wrath of the One Sith making his presence known. Having already looked through the auctions, it was rather obvious in his displeasure at the offering of Bilbringi Shipyards. A monument within the holdings of the One Sith, it was but a gift offered as reward from the Dark Lord himself. This was an insult that wouldn't be taken lightly.

I, Taeli Rae and Solan Charr are discussing an offer for the 30% you have put up for sale. I will get back to you when a proposal has been made.

-Drey.

Solan had been watching the bids when he saw a bid come in. His writer then had a moment of complete disbelief as a Sith, offered a flagship, to another Sith, in order to win an auction, against two other sith. In which the flagship, something only a major faction can use. And as such meant it was a sith flagship it was amazing the amount of... whats the word. Oddness in the last bid he saw. None the less though Solan just continued to watch the bids.

After discussions between Miss Drey and Solan Charr, the following offer is being made from the combined resources of us three:

Ninety-five million credits, the immediate transfer of the Bilbringi Shipyards to Titan Industries, a copy of the blueprints for the Exalt-class Star Destroyer, a collection of stygium crystals, and a potential contract with Emeritus Industries through Miss Drey, all of this for the full 30% of the stocks to be divided among the three of us in a private agreement if the offer is accepted.

When the Wrath of the Dark Lord spoke, a former Voice listened. Call him a sucker for capitalism. Call him an opportunist. Isley saw a chance and took it. A discreet message had been sent and confirmation received: back door dealing at its finest. When it was all said and done, the CEO updated his bid:

"Arakyd Industries will now back the bid presented by the One Sith. The previous offer of Nightshadow stands. We raise our financial contribution to match the earlier 65 million; totalling 130 million credits. In addition, Arakyd Industries offers ten percent of its stygium output gained from our newly constructed facilities."

Energy? Nightshadow? Credits? Couldn't get a deal sweeter than that. And all Arakyd wanted in return was fifteen percent.

What Solan saw now was even more amazing, now the man whom only could be the higher up leader of the One Sith for how much he offered. He was offering an obscene amount of energy from the One Sith's main energy produce to a PRIVATE company. It was almost too much to take because these Sith didn't seem to realize what sort of societal and economic fallout it would cause in taking 25%, a 1/4th of all energy produced and removing it from the public. This would cause prices for energy to sky rocket as well as a shortage in the energy produced. As well as take it away from the Sith war machine and other government controlled operations.

It's like these people didn't understand that at all.

Then came the Mandalorian who just sided with the suspected leader of the Sith, a person who's people hated the sith completely. This was absolutely amazing to see a Mandalorian spit in the face of his people and side with their hated enemy in order for his own personal gain. Such a shame. To think the Mandalorians valued loyalty to their people over their own personal gains.

(Please refrain from making posts that are entirely passive aggressive and have no other substance in this thread. It doesn't help the story nor does it aid the auction in any way at all. Thank you,)

(( Just pointing out that Reverance would be causing a economic crisis if you accept and reacting IC. Seeing as i have an IC bid i do believe my right in the thread is to remain and react appropriately.

(You have a right to react, you don't have a right to be passive aggressive and even somewhat insulting to people without adding anything of substance to the thread.)

[He has every right to post what he likes, if it has something to do with the thread and especially when it is the truth. Business is a rough place, especially with the galaxy at war. I would think passive aggressiveness is invited. You can't limit someones roleplay because you don't like what they've said OOC.]
