  Keiran Varn was born on the planet of Fornax, the son of the Human-Arkanian hybrid, Tomm Varn, an artist and the Human journalist Caren Rush-Varn. Keiran's grandfather, Marek who had died before he was born, was said to have been some sort of Force mystic. Needless to say, he inherited his grandfather's ability with the Force. His parents attempted to foster a creative and investigative environment for him which would impact him in later life. A lot of his childhood was spent tinkering with old gadgets in the garage and listening to old holobooks and vids.
  
  In his early teens, he was sent off to go and learn in the ways of the Force, likely due to his parents belief that he needed some form of training. It was off to the Jedi Academy, that hallowed instiution that had produced the likes of his grandfather. Homesickness set in quickly but was counteracted by how in tune with the Force he would eventually become. Learning mostly on the go, the opportunity to explore was vital to him. During his time with the Jedi he would construct and amethyst lightsaber.
  
  He would eventually begin instruction under Jedi Master Traden Avarice, being slightly younger than some but no less lacking in competence nad experience. The two had met at a padawan tournament where he had outsmarted his opponent to win. He would also become involved with the Galactic Alliance Military and the War Hogs Black Ops unit. Rising to the rank of Sergeant under his Master. He was visiting family when the Attack on Coruscant happened. Keiran saw a large amount of service during the early stages of the Second Great Hyperspace War
  
  The young padawan, wishing for some respite, left on a trip to discover new Force techniques and fighting style, and took a Leave of Absence. Getting into multiple adventures and escapades, he has recently returned, fresh, older and maybe wiser.
