BIOGRAPHY :
Born to a Hutt named Rauma, Kelan's family was one of the lesser known gangs. Despite that, they had been capable of amassing a decent fortune and remained on good terms with the Hutt Cartel. Everything flowed smoothly, with the gang engaging in commerce all across the galaxy. That is, until the day an unknown assailant had entered the palace. No one would have ever expected it, as they all drank and relaxed. The assassin quickly sneaked up and injected his father with a syringe, with an unknown liquid, which began to slowly killing him. Even though the guards had managed to shoot down the assassin, the damage was done and Kelan's father slowly died from the poison. Attending the funeral of his father, Kelan was announced to be the new leader of the cartel, as listed in his father's will. Kelan continued to run the cartel as his father would have wanted him too. Whereas the cartel wasn't as powerful as it was with his father in charge, it still prospered a fair amount. He had even strengthened the palace security to prevent another tragedy to happen. Still, the stress of another unwelcome guest entering still frightened him. Due to this, Kelan began developing a minor case of paranoia of those that he didn't know well.
Realizing that he had trouble keeping up with business, the Hutt began looking for a Majordomo of some sort. Of course, it wouldn't have been smart to just looking on a random planet, so he decided upon choosing one of his trustworthy cartel members. In the end, he had decided with his own wit, and a bit of recommendations, Kelan chose a Siniteen who had been with the cartel for half a decade. Named Marken Fasco, the Siniteen was requested by the Hutt to become his personal adviser and manager of business. He graciously accepted, and became known as Kelan's right hand. Currently, the Hutt crime lord is now is now in control of various businesses on planets across the galaxy, succeeding in the cartel as the mighty Hutt he wanted to be. However, the Hutt had been forced to fend for himself with the credits and business that he had ever since the major power drop in the cartel. This prompted him to act as a party separate from the cartel, in order to avoid being a target of the cartel's enemies.
