The Perris Family originates from Alderaan, and is extensive, with the closest ties being to the Brend Family of Corellia, Osrey Family of Osarian, Thiled Family of Zeltros, and Themis and Organa Families of Alderaan.
The Perris and Brend Families were tied first by friendship between the elder Kelly Perris and Trenton Brend, and later by marriage between Kelly's son Tadel, and Trenton's daughter Jamie, with both families strong in piloting heritage and skill. This continues on through each generation, with Tadel and Jamie having been pilots and the pair's children each being taught to fly, as their forebears have done. Their eldest, Andrik, is the first Jedi in either family in known memory, and a skilled fighter pilot as one would come to expect.
The Osrey and Themis families are tied by marriage to the Perris family, with Elsebetta Osrey having wed the elder Kelly Perris, and Osira Themis having wed Kelly's father, the late elder Tadel Perris. Both families have dealt in politics, law, and intelligence for generations, with the noble Themis family itself having familial ties to the royal Organa family of Alderaan. Elsebetta was herself an intelligence operative, and Osira is a retired lawyer.
Lastly, the Zeltron Thiled family is tied to the Perris family by way of the elder Kelly's sister Yasmin entering into marriage with the technologies CEO Erix Thiled, with whom she had one daughter, Yasmeen, and gained four stepchildren from Erix's prior marriage. Like her late sister in law, Yasmin has worked in intelligence. With Erix's passing, the company reins have fallen to their children.
