Rationale: The creation of this company was done to provide Kesh with a direct source of income derived from development and selling of products to which Solan Charr had the past control over as well as future products that inspire unique and odd designs. This creation was done as a realization that relying on other companies to produce his tech as well as the restricted reach of Aurora would never fully reach out to the many groups in the galaxy, thus giving him reason for the creation of Keshiri Driveworks.

Description: Upon wanting to continue the production of ships and other products for less than favorable peoples and governments, those of which could not acquire products from Aurora, Solan had decided on a different move. Up until that point, he had been using other producers to create his products, those of which he required the production and design rights remain in his hands, which they had. It was with this in mind that Solan soon looked into the creation of a company that would use Kesh as its headquarters.
Using a surplus of credits, collected from the excess revenue generated by the planet, Solan bought up factories and production yards on the planet while feeding the cash into the hands of local businessmen with the promise that they would receive payoffs if they used the money to expand their works to the nearby moons. This allowed Solan to seize control of enough to continue production of those products he had seized from his former producers.
As such, those factories and production yards were rebranded and its workforce continuing their jobs as manufacturers for the new state-run company. One that would produce weapons of war for outside governments and allow Kesh a much-needed increase to its external revenue.
