Kezeroth vs Keira Ticon

Who: [member="Kezeroth the Beholder"] and [member="Keira Ticon"]
Rules: Melee weapons & Force powers permitted.

The duelists begin their battle on a platform suspended high above the busy world of Coruscant. As speeders and skiffs go winging by, eventually the high winds will destabilize their footholds and force them to be creative in order to not fall to their deaths somewhere between the sky and the undercity.

All of Coruscant is your playground. If you can manage to make it down to the bowels of the city-planet, you could even enter a bar and fight among the drugged up citizenry. Break through a window and take the fight to the face of the senate, or just jump from speeder to speeder in an attempt to stay suspended. How you fight is up to you.

JUST FIGHT ALREADY!

Coruscant. This was his home and always would be. Standing strong atop the platform the darkside giant forced a toothy grin down at his opponent and former apprentice [member="Keira Ticon"]. Crimson eyes flared with light as his teeth gnashed tight and his body flexed causing his veins to raise to the surface. Resting on his back undisturbed was Bone Crusher and tightly gripped in his right hand was Kezeroths Dark Greatsaber. Two weapons that decribed his titan perfectly, A brute.

Winds at his back blowing his harshly Kezeroth made a point to provide little with small talk and roughly smashed the activation button on the Dark Greatsabers hilt with a large finger. With a deep hum the three meter blade sprung to life. The orange coloration emitting light on his red pigmented face and matching his Crimson eyes perfectly.

Spitting on the ground and speaking through his teeth Kezeroths disgruntled words sounded out similar to a growl.

" Are you ready? Maggot!"

It had been awhile. At least eight years, by her estimate, since she and [member="Kezeroth the Beholder"] had last crossed blades. And somehow nothing had changed despite the time that passed. Which was just fine, in her mind. As had always been the case when they fought no armor of any significance was donned by either party, and for her own part she wore her street clothes, still significantly armed with her lightsaber, blaster pistol, combat knife and the CW-77. It was enough.

This had become rote for her a long while ago, and Keira found herself slipping back into that mentality, one of a wholly reckless and brazen fighter. The epitome of her younger self. And while she had better judgement this time, it still felt good to remember. With a shift of the hand she palmed her lightsaber, orange blade igniting with a snap-hiss. Raising an eyebrow, she looked to him with an expectant half-smile, responding to his quip just as she would have eight years prior, "Ladies first."

" Bah!" His red face scowled in response to [member="Keira Ticon"]'s ever witty and clever mouth. That smug look on here face was going to be erased from existence. There was no stopping this train once it started and the train was going off the rails now. Holding his Lightclub in on hand his off hand balled a fist. Coruscant was a trove of darkside energy and even from the top of the world Kezeroth could feel his legacy radiate from below in the Undercity.

" Dont get sappy on me you karking maggot!" he growled siphoning in and consuming all the darkside energy he could. Old memoiries of his torturous past sprang again and again in his mind. Overflowing with hate and anger the contained emotions suddenly erupted from his being violently. Kezeroths eyes glew a bright red and his chest moved in a heavy breathing motion. The darkside presence that flowed out him was vile and almost palpable.

Force Rage.

Letting loose a wild cry the Gen'dai slammed his foot on the platform only to emit a wave of force energy in all directions and sprinted forward throwing himself toward his former apprentice, his Light club pointed first ready for lunge.

"AAAAAAARRRRGGGHHHH!"

As with all of their previous fights, this one began explosively and without warning. And just like always, some part of her anticipated it and was ready to react before her mind caught up with her instinct. A burst of the Force was released to counter his own, though Keira didn't wait to see just what happened if they collided. Instead she leapt over his charge, blade flashing out across his head as she did so. As a Gen'Dai, he didn't exactly have many vitals, but his brain was one of them.

While there were few things more damaging than a lightsaber - very, very few - blunt force attacks tended to do the job more effectively than most. Drawing in a deep breath she reached out into the ethereal, extending her senses outwards forcibly, centering on the speeders zipping by nearly too quickly to follow. And for a few moments she let herself gain a feel for that rhythm, narrowing down her focus to those seconds of opportunity.

And then she struck, snatching one of the speeders from midair, turning her hands sharply in order to redirect its path, durasteel groaning in protest. Gritting her teeth she wrenched her arms sharply to the side, sending the vehicle flying towards him at a speed most would find difficult to process. But neither of them were most people. It was time to see just what he had up his sleeve.
